They both use their legs in combat. Kalifa has that soap devil fruit, Mr. 2 can only change his image. Also Kalifa can also use, (as stated by dark vincent), shigan, rankyaku, etc. so Kalifa wins this one.

i seemed to get that sanji was owning califa and that he just didn't hurt her, and he was superior in every way but he did struggle with mr. bon clay. so i think that mr. bon clay could probably take this after a long fight.

Well struggle, they where equal in a lot of things (except in looks since Sanji looks cool ^_^)
The only thing about that "what gave him a hart time" was the fact he could never hit Nami, and Bon Clay used his face changing technique for that, But Sanji saw through it, and in the end, he kicked Bon Clay so hart that he was out ^_^

You're forgetting that they greatly improve over time
