The 2nd Hokage (Nidaime)


The Second Hokage was the younger brother of the First and Tsunade's grand uncle. He greatly contributed to Konoha's establishment as a major power. He was very proud of his superior combat ability, and was especially skillful at water jutsu (to the point that he did not require a source of water to perform them). One such ability was the Water Release: Water Shockwave (Suiton: Suishōha), which allowed him to spit out a large body of water that he could control to attack others. He was the teacher of the Third Hokage, Homura Mitokado, and Koharu Utatane, and was the one to appoint the Third as his successor. He was resurrected and summoned by Orochimaru to battle the Third, who is eventually forced to seal away his soul to defeat him. One of the anime's filler arcs the Second is revealed to have owned Raijin sword, the blade of which was composed of pure energy and could retract into the handle. Despite being composed of pure energy, the blade can be cracked and broken like a regular sword, which happens at the end of the same filler arc it is introduced in when Naruto uses Rasengan.

Hello everyone. I would just like to announce that I am the new owner of this fanclub, and that if you have any questions you may just PM me or ask me directly here.

To give you all a little background of myself, I am known as; Hero. I am a teenage kid from New York. Obviously my favorite Naruto character is; Nidaime, and gaining the ownership of this fanclub proves that.

I hope you all have a great time here with me, and the co-owners, and most important the other members. Please stay respectful to other members, and have fun.

Ok everyone, the contest has offically ended and it did not turn out as I would have liked it to, but I only expected as much. Anyway, I hope we can try again in the future when we have more members then what we currently have.

Another thing to point out it that we have a new section on the first or main post. It is the Album for our Fanclub, if you have any Nidaime pictures that are not currently up in the album, please post them and I will certainly get them up there.

Welcome, and I posted some info on him on page.1, and here is the rest of his info that we know of

The co-founder and creator of the Leaf Village he was the 2nd Hokage for the Leaf Village. He is the younger brother of the 1st Hokage who took over the role of Hokage when his brother stepped down. The 2nd was the main teacher to Sarutobi (3rd Hokage), Koharu and Homaru who were all seated at the ninja council leading the village. He is a very strong who specialized in water jutsus and even could cast a high-level water jutsu in a place that has no water. That’s an incredible feat, which no one has been able to duplicate. He’s the granduncle to Tsuande and Nawaki, but we don’t know the relationship these three had together. It appears he died at any early age, and it was hinted at he and his brother died defending the village and left Sarutobi in charge at an early age.

He later returned in the series when Orochimaru resurrected him using the body of Kin as a living container. When he awoke he joked to Sarutobi saying it’s been a long time eh Saru? Which is a pun since Saru means monkey and Sarutobi’s favorite summon is a monkey. He saw it was Orochimaru who summoned him and even called him a youngster even though Oro is 50. Also the 2nd even knew that it was Edo-tensei that he used to summon the two brothers showing the smarts the 2nd Hokage had. The 3rd had to stop his former teacher and used the 4th’s jutsu sealing his soul into one of his kage bunshins. With the jutsu whose soul is sealed will suffer for all eternity in the belly of death never gaining release. The one who sealed and the one who performed the seal their souls will mingle, hating each other and battling for all of eternity

It happened in the manga as well, and were not sure what was up with that because the 1st died shortly after the village was created, maybe they meant begin to train him to become the Hokage. For a fact Sarutobi has been Hokage for 50 years, because when he was training the Sannins they had a flashback when they were younger and it showed his face on the mountain. Currently the sannin are 50 years old and the village is only 60...dun dun dun

Yeah just in memories, maybe in the future they may have a 3rd Hokage gaiden and he can appear in it. I just don't see him appearing for awhile. Oh Nidaime did it in the anime against the 3rd, it's the opposite of what happened in the manga since the 1st was the one who performed the jutsu.
