If it's Unicron from Marvel Comics, he wins. He actually succeeded in destroying the universe and destroying all life. The battle between him and Primus shook the new universe as it was relatively young.

They destroyed the universe? IIRC Unicron and Primus never fought each other in the physical world

Which one? The last cartoon I saw had Omega Supreme on it and Unicron destroyed three planets in one shot.

I couldn't even watch it all. Maybe if the sound was off i'd be able to bear it but it completely and utterly offended my ears. I feel like smacking the guy who voiced it.

Comic Unicron unlike the other ridiculous old Marvel crap where everyone was a super-cosmic that could re-arrange the multiverse with a finger click is somewhat resonable. He is very powerful but hasn't destroyed any planets (he eats them all). He is somewhat like Galactus, he makes heralds for himself to do the main work for him (Galvatron is his strongest herald) and has shown that he is capable time travel

Of course when he does fight, he's incredibly powerful and hard to hurt (in Edge of Extinction he was hurt by normal TF blasts which is just PIS since he took a blast from a powered Galvatron and barely felt it)
