I only read the first Ultimate Venom arc, and he seemed relatively unstoppable even against Peter. Physical blows don't seem to stop him, and it's probable that the suit will nullify a lot of Luffy's blows. I've only really seen Venom stopped through electrocution, and that was only temporary.

For now, I'm giving it to Venom, because he could pretty much catch Luffy's punches and absorb his energy. But I don't know about what happens later. Are there any other weaknesses Ult. Venom has?

well he uses a suit duh if somehow luffy finds out than maybe he will have a chance other than his other weakness i dont know i would ask CBG but i cant find him.
but i know this would be a hell of a fight.!

hmmm, I guess I'm on the fence for this one for now. There's too little known about ultimate venom to place his strength. he hasn't shown the same weaknesses of 616 venom, so I'll wait untill he shows up again to be sure. (which should be soon)

You're still forgetting that its Ult. Venom and not 616 Venom. 616 Venom is the Venom that fought the Juggernaut, and that was a horrible portyal of how the fight should go (imo)

Yeah, but you can't compare 616 Venom with Ult. Venom.

well i think ultimate venom has the same weaknesses that venom in the orginal comics (mainly sound and fire) but luffy doesnt seem to have either of those on disposal so for now its venom i guess

does luffy anything besides his physical attributes? like some sort of magic attack
