Once he ingests spinnach (be it through the nose or mouth) It turns him into a pretty heavy hitter. No one has come close to his strength yet.

Your only hope is to use some devious plan to kidnap olive oil and setup a trap for popeye, just make sure you remove his pipe, that thing can pierce metal with ease (look at all the tins hes opened with it).

When you have him trapped get a gun and shot him in the head, don't piss about and DON'T leave a tin of spinnach around, ever, not even if you think it would be useful taunting him etc.

Every villain in Popeye that over powered him pre-spinnach got F***ing pwned after he ate it. Ive seen Popeye move as fast as the flash, break concrete with his hands, send people flying through walls, and once sent Bruno into orbit.

Put olive oil at risk and your REALLY f***ed. This guy is a beast. I say he gets 2x stronger than any oppenent because no matter how strong or fast the opponent is he always rises to the occassion. The planet itself has trmbled at Popeyes feet in a few of his fights.
