If you knew anything about comics, you would know there are alot of people who could beat Batman even with a week of prep. Using a hyperbole to exaggerate a point and overestimation are two completely different things.

That's an interesting tid bit of information. I always though that both Doom and Mr. Fantastic were on par in everything (Doom even more so with prep time) and the only reason Mr. F got the upper hand was using Doom's personailty against him.
