View Full Version : Kagome or Kikyo? Who deserves Inuyasha?

I think Kagome does. Really Kikyo had her time with Inu and ended up leaving a deep scar to his heart. I love kikyo but she dosn't deserve Inuyasha. Kagome is there for him and really cares about him. She come to that era just to see him! Kagome really is the better choice in my oppinon. Kikyo just won't let the past go and move on when she needs to. I suggest she get on anti-depressants. Please no flaming me for my oppinon.

(yes I added the other Naruto girls that I like to see what would happen)

Crap. I accidently hit "Kikyo." I really did mean Kagome. I can't stand Kikyo at all. Even so, Kagome is the one that was able to soften Inu's heart. Kikyo even said that was something she should have done, but she never did. ;p

I've been saying that for a loong time. They were destined to be together but fucking Naraku ( dunno if i spelled it right ) messed it all up.

yup i agree with crystal-kay and besides ever since i saw those flash bakc episodes of when inuyasha and kykio were in love the complete non interuption episodes near the end of the series it changed my opinion from kagome to kykio

Assuming you're talking about eps 147-148. I was pro InuyashaXKikyo before it, but that sealed the deal for me.

Also love the song that plays during the boat/docking scene. Helped make it a really nice scene.

I must say I choose Kagome. I really think Kikyo was sort of well I think she wasn't right for Inuyahsa. I mean Kikyo really was a bitch about it. She found out that Naraku betrayed them and still was a little bitch about it!! Kagome has risked her life many times to save inu and look at what Kikyo has done, she has tried to kill him on many occasions.:cry

The thing is, Kikyou and Inuyasha's flashback was shown much (too late) in the series. In the beginning, what we get to see was the fight between her and Inuyasha. That made a lot of fans outright hate/dislike her and prefer Kagome and Inuyasha.

I am pro-Kikyou but I also like Kagome as well. But I will still choose Kikyou over Kagome because they could have been so much more and sadly, never did. Naraku ruined it for them with his obsession over Kikyou.

As for her trying to kill Inuyasha, unless I'm mistaken, she died hating him and that hate/grudge carried with her through death and when she was brought back alive again. So hate was the first thing she felt.

I was okay as Kikyo was resurrected for a double episode. But then Rumiko decided to keep her and she annoyed the crap out of me. She's a friggin' Zombie, so why can't Miruko suck her up his Kazaana already xD? I was so glad each time when she seemed to die. No really, a good death is 100x better then a major ressurrection.

If that doesn't answer your question: Kagome > Kikyo

Doesn't really matter if you've read the manga recently. On the topic of Kikyou and Inuyasha's current situation (BIG, BIG, BIG spoilers): Kikyou's dead :cry . Quite an emotional one, and Inuyasha stayed with her to the end. So he really has only one choice, and it is quite obvious as to who it is.
Regardless of whatever is happening, i think that Kikyou should be with Inuyasha, since their relationship was tragically screwed over by a crazy man who lived in a cave.

If you haven't realized this isn't an anti-Kagome forum. Now please keep your stupid oppinion about her to yourself. Just beacuse you like Kikyo dosn't mean that you can say rude things about Kagome! I happen to like both kagome and Kikyo I just like Kagome x Inuyasha better then Kikyo x Inuyasha. Now please stop talking about how much you hate Kagome and if you do then don't do it here! :mad

Major bumpage. But why not.

Definitely Kagome. Kikyo's crimes are numerous but she's repeatedly hurt and taunted her "love". Kagome, though she's suffered just as much as Kikyo if not more, remains pure and it took Naraku's heart a long time to even fin da shred of darkness in her heart.

Fact is, she's a better girl to be with by far.
