Question about Akatsuki Leader.

No this isn't a post wondering if he is the 4th, but instead if the leader is a Sharingan user.

In chapter 254, there is a close up of the guy hidden behind of some of mist, with his eyes sort of visible. You see that there are tomoe within them.

So could the leader be this Mandara?
Or even in the Uchiha clan.
If this is true, who would it most likely be?
And is this another reason why Itachi joined Akatsuki?

That was a misunderstanding in the scan translation. It's been taken out. The AL doesn't have Sharingan.

98% chance MAdara is dead. Kyuubi said to Sasuke that he possessed the same evil chakra as the Uchiha Madara he met "so long ago".
