Lucci's Rokushiki compared to other cp9

We know Lucci is the strongest cp9, but some of the other agents seem to have specialized their fighing style around some Rokushiki forms, for example
is Jyabura's Tekkai stronger than Lucci's
are Kaku's Rankyakus better than lucci's
is Fukurou's Soru faster than Lucci's
what are your oppinions

Actually, I believe the CP9 specialties and sub-specialties are:

Blueno - Tekkai - Soru
Kalifa - Geppou - ???
Kaku - Rankakyu - ???
Jyabura - Shigan - Tekkai
Fukorou - Soru - ???
Kumadori - Kami-e - Shigan

Anyway, I say that Lucci is well-rounded and just has amazing strength.

here's something for you guys to think about:amuse , we've seen Franky can easily break Fukuro's Tekkai but not Lucci's, since a normal Tekkai is suposed to be steel hard, could the stronger Tekkais like Lucci's or Jyabura's be as hard as say diamond (well maybe not that hard:P )

Lucchi's Tekkai is stronger than Jyabura's in raw durability, but Jyabura's is better relative to his strength, and more skillful, just like Blueno was also a Tekkai specialist but physically a lot weaker than Jyabura.

Lucci's tekkai for example is stronger than Blueno's and Jyabura's, but they have different tekkai skills that it seems like Lucci doesn't have. So basically, Lucci is more ''powerful'', but the others have different techniques for the forms, the exception being Shigan, Lucci's the best with that one.

Hasn't Lucci got Tekkai "Wutsugi"? To me it seemed to be the strongest kind of Tekkai we've seen until now...

Anyway, the only thing that one's superior to Lucci in a field of Rokushiki may be Kaku with his Bigan...it's definitely more powerful than Lucci's Shigans...

lucy is the proper pronuction seeing as lucci is the italin word for light
lu-chi is the way the japanese say it so either way is right
