So I live in Seattle and we have this huge Asian market in Chinatown. ons of Manga, anime, posters and everything that could satisfy my japanese heart... EXCEPT Eureka 7!! I couldn't believe it. This huge book store of thousands of Manga and not a scrap of Eureka 7. I mean, I would have been happy to get a poster, or calender or even Manga in Japanese or something, but nooo... So depressing.

quite different ... ... like the whole beginning at around vol2 is so different. . .for instance Anemone is Eureka . .but with long hair ... she also has htis ability to know where she is or soemthing ... and renton and eureka relationship kicks off way sooner...

Slightly different but you'll recognize the relations to the anime. Spoiler warning for volume 2. Like in one volume where they first encounter the Coralian, Renton and Eureka actually go into the Coralian, instead of "the Zone" Eureka is captured and Renton hops in the Nirvash to save her. Its damn cool.

I've watched alot of anime shows and movies It all started with Gundam Wing, then of course DBZ, then trigun, Ghost in a Shell, now Naruto is something I'm deep into and I just started to get hooked on Eureka Seven it's one of the best animes I've seen to date.

I just finished watching the final episodes on youtube in japanese. Great anime!

I started reading the manga because ran out of episodes(till nanashi gets done with 43-50). It's way cool but i think way different in ways too. Of course the thought of anemone being a fruitcake never changed(Actually kinda made me hate her more, Btw to anyone who does like her i mean no offense i just cant stand her). So now im waiting for 2 things Vol 4 of the manga and the new episodes. But way cool i recommend it.

PS- Saw the episode 44 with seraph was pretty good quality still waiting for nanashi though to realease.

I did the whole FMA series after finishing Eureka Seven... It just didn't seem to fill that hole ya know. I am still looking for something to watch, but I find myself just rewatching Eureka over and over and over... I am not saying its a bad thing, please don't misunderstand. But yes, char-aznable, I think we are all looking for that fix. But only Eureka 7 can deliver it seems...

Not the same and a bit old, but have you seen Escaflowne? Decent series, something to fill the time with that you will inevitably be spending mourning once you finish the E7 series and realize that you can never go back and watch it like that first time.

If I find a decent anime, I'll let ya know. I did catch wind of a new mech anime not unlike E7 that seems to have come out recently. Same music guys (Flow?) who did the E7 music are doing the music for this series. Wish I could remember the name of it.

Well, i think we have established that nothing is better that E7 .......... , Other than that ... i STRONGLY recommend re-watching the series, upon finishing it. IT cleared a lot stuff up for me, which i was really confused about at the time... Everything makes sense, you even get little bits which link with what happens later on, which u may have missed

Gekko-state fc would suck ... hard .....let me explain:

I was thinking of doing one before this fc then i realised:
They are about 10-12 members of the Gekko-State .... so characters are limited ...
Apart from naming people for characters what else can u do ... there are way more popular Eureka Seven Fanclubs ....
If u make a Gekko-State Fc .... might as well make a Nirvash Fc, Moondoogie/Gidget Fc; Fc's for all individual members .... Gekko-Go Fc ..since they are all as important ...
This is a NAruto forum,, and Fc of different anime can only be the primary focus (as in Renton of Eureka Seven ; Ed Elric of FMA ) ... not for secondary things/characters
And it would ruin the chance of having extra ranks in other Fc's ...
Too much work managing 3 FCs.
