Mitarashi Anko
Anko was born in Konoha, and was once an apprentice of Orochimaru, who branded her with a curse seal. He later rejected her. We first come across her as the proctor of the second part of the chunnin selection exam, where she is loud and confident. This soon changes when Orochimaru returns to Konoha in search of new vessel, Uchiha Sasuke. Anko takes it upon herself to kill him, and regrets the fact that she does not have the power to defeat him.

Anko is indeed a slut. This is said with no disrespect whatsoever. She is a slut, in a good way.

As one woman describes, "Slut' is a phrase that often has different connotations, depending on how we view ourselves, how the term is used, and how we as individuals define what a 'slut' is. My personal definition is that the term 'slut' means a woman who embraces her sexuality, and holds little inhibitions in that manner." from http://www.gor-on-earth.com/being.htm

So now, we can take a look into Anko's personality. She was born on 24th October, so is a Scorpio. Here are the good traits of Scorpios:
Determined and forceful
Emotional and intuitive
Powerful and passionate
Exciting and magnetic

And, unfortunately, the bad:
Jealous and resentful
Compulsive and obsessive
Secretive and obstinate

And she is! Now, here are a few pairings that I found for Anko on fanfiction.net: KakashixAnko (most popular), OrochimaruxAnko (straight face), MinatoxAnko (Anko must have been young), NarutoxAnko (imagine the chaos that ensues), ItachixAnko (does he know her? It might actually be interesting...), IbikixAnko (o.o), IrukaxAnko (A serious pair until naruto arrives), OCxAnko (uh...this gets annoying if the OC isn't yours.). With this many men (and sometimes even women) after her, it's not surprising she's somewhat a 'player' (just look at her and see!)

As a side note, Anko's blood type is A. Strangely enough, so is Sandaime's (who is a perverted old man).

According to body language, she's displaying her neck and wrists, which are powerful flirting symbols. Males find the neck to be a very gentle part of the body, which is also more attractive to them as there is no Adam's apple! The wrists are where the skin is most pale so men can feel all 'manly' holding it. (mind you, I have yet to find out who has held Anko's hand before.)

She is wearing a top that is netted; one word, kinky. Walking around, showing off cleavage. Clever. And no-one can tell her otherwise because her top is made from a a lightweight material that is fairly comfortable to move around in, mostly not restricting the body's movements. It allows air to get to the skin, making it healthier and giving a light tan. Moreover, she wears a pendant that draws your eyes to her chest!

Is that a miniskirt I see? Unluckily for you people, she wears leggings underneath. Luckily for you, they are also netted.

And finally (out of her clothing), her trenchcoat is legend. colour-coordinated with the rest of her outfit, it was almost made for Anko. Completely stylish and not hiding anything crucial to turn people on, she wears it because when she flies through the air, it looks totally cool.

Here we look more closely into her jutsu. Currently, only two were shown (there should be more focus on her,shouldn't there: she is Orochimaru's former student. (By the way, Orochimaru is the anime Michael Jackson. As we know, MJ is a perv. So we can only think of how Orochimaru influenced her and what went/goes on behind the scenes...) and they were Twin Snakes Mutual Death/Twin Snakes Kill Each Other and Hidden Shadow Snake hands/Striking Snake Technique. Not much could be said about the jutsu, unless we dig deeper and find what the snake may symbolise:

All in all, I come to the conclusion that Anko is a slut yet in a good way because she's AWESOME.

I'd think so, I just wonder if she's better than the sound 4 are, considering (at least it seems to me) Orochimaru has forsaken her, so either he thinks she's not as good as they are or she left him. One way or the other but I'm not sure.

Right; I mean, Anko isn't exactly on Orochimaru's level as far as genius or power goes, but she IS talented. She's 3 years younger then Iruka and already a special Jounin. I suppose anyone trained by a Sannin would be expected to excel, just a little bit.
And she also survived the curse seal. So you could say Anko=Sasuke in a alot of respects, minus the Sharingan.
