Well, I think that you are referring to when she sits outside The Forest Of Death (episode 27 - 30 somewhere?) wile all the Genins are inside the forest.
She sits there dangling with her legs an eating dango. And when she's finished with that dango stick, she throws it to a tree, where there are alot of other dango stick's already, forming the Konoha mark. It has to be at least 30 sticks or something like that there. That is the clue that suggests that she has eaten THAT much. But I don't hesitate one second that she has eaten all off them, cuz only Anko could be able to eat soo many dango's :P

This is worded a little confusingly, however if you mean the amount that she's actually been seen eating is 2 dango balls. In Chapter 49, on page 3 we can see she has 2 dango balls left on the stick. She later is seen throwing that finished stick into the tree. This shows us that she has for sure eaten 2 balls...

But if you're going by thinking she has eaten every stick on that tree herself (it could have been made by multiple people, you never know), then I see 45 sticks. Assuming there were 3 balls per stick that comes out to be 135 balls...
