My god Sephiroth would rape Yondaime.

First of all, Naruto characters do not have the reaction time to dodge bullets. Kishimoto himself stated this in an interview, that's why he didn't want weapons that could shoot projectiles in the series. The people who would have the best bet of dodging that would be Sharingan users, and last time I checked, Yondaime does not have a Sharingan. It doesn't matter if Yondaime can teleport, since he'll need to make the seals in a blink of an eye to even hope to teleport out of the way. And bullets would travel faster than he could put up his hands and make handseals.

Sephiroth does not share those limitations. He IS faster than bullets, not to mention his attacks are as well. Him and Cloud literally fight on a much higher and faster level human beings should be able to, and where their own reaction time is faster than any bullet.

If Yondaime summoned Gamabunta, he'd only be wasting chakra. Gamabunta would be absolutely raped over by Sephiroth's Masamune blade. Sephiroth, even when he was in Soldier and not at his strongest, defeated that dragon that attacked Shinra's caravan in only a couple of moves. I won't even mention the fact that Sephiroth is stronger than anything that Cloud could summon including Bahamut, and which all could destroy Gamabunta with ease. In fact, the only monster that was perhaps Sephiroth's level is Ruby Weapon (that cheating sunovabitch)

If Yondaime tried to use Hiraishin on Sephiroth, Sephiroth could just easily fly and stay up in the air and litter the place with Comet. Or even if he stayed on the ground, Yondaime's teleporting locations would only be on places where he makes a seal. Sephiroth's reaction time is much faster than Yondaime's, so even if he teleported behind him, Sephiroth would be able to not only counter attack him, but eviscerate him with Masamune. Or he could just end him right there with an Ultima attack since it hits the whole area. Even if Yondaime managed a hit, a Rasengan nor a kunai will not even make that much damage on him, if any (just look at when the dragon attacks Sephiroth when he and Zack face it).

Not to mention that Sephiroth could just end the battle at any time if he uses the Time: Stop Materia. Yondaime cannot counter not even that simple technique since he has no materia. It would effectively make everything including Hiraishin useless since it would end the battle right there. A Time: Slow Materia would be very effective as well.

As you can see, I'm not even counting Sephiroth's other forms like the Angel form, or that monster form. He just doesn't need it. His normal form is more than enough for anything in the Narutoverse. If I do count in his other forms, then Yondaime is just fucked, straight out. Unless if he could survive things that could damage a large part of the earth, there's no way he could survive.

Seriously, Sephiroth would kill anyone in the whole Narutoverse, living or dead. A better matchup would have been him versus Kyuubi, but I doubt Kyuubi would be anywhere near his level still.
