Ok, I'll try to keep this serioussmile-big
Zidane is controlling an EVA from Neon Genesis Evangelion. Unit 01 to be more correct (the one Shinji controlls). He is armed with the machinegun and the knife which unit 01 is usaully seen fighting with. I'd also want to point out that unit 01 has a very large rhino-like horn on his forhead. He is going Berserk, so Zidane's sync with unit 01 is perfect, and he is not stopped by the timelimit.
Against him, he got the devil, enemy of God, Morningstar, Lucifer etc etc
For those who think that Omnipotence is unstopable, I'd like to point out that the Devil is defeatable accoding to the bible, and he'll be defeated by a mere archangel in the last days:oh
The devil takes the form of a multiheaded dragon, as it says in the bible.
Also, becouse Zidane is controlling an EVA, he is fully capable to fight angels and demons alike.
