Well, kakashi has developed in the story in other ways. As for Zabuza, well its hard to develop anything other than a stench when you are a corpse.

Kakashi FTW, Chidori and any of the other moves he couldve copied in the six(ish) years after the zabuza arc, give him just a bit of an advantage.

Well, since Kakashi won last time and I don't see any new way the fight could go except for Zabuza dying without Haku to save him, I go with Kakashi.

zabuza was overmatched in every aspect of that fight. zabuza only almost won because kakashi had to look after sakura and the boys.
