Aerial battle! Deidara can use up to 50 birds and 50 spiders and three #18s. Goblin (Osborn) can throw up to 103 bombs and has his pre-Gathering Of Five strength.

I don't think #18 is useless. With that blast radius, you'll have to be pretty high to be completetly unscathed from the fire let alone the debris or shrapnel

There shouldn't be any shrapnel from the 18 alone though, becouse it's amde out of...dirt. But the structural damage (if avaible) should create some.

I'll give this one to Deidara, becouse he's more adaptable. His bombs are semi-sentinent, so he could probably create ambushes with them, making life hell for mister Gobbo.

This will make the huge difference in my opinion. Along with Deidara having more tricks up his sleeves bacause he is a high powered ninja meaning he would know alot of jutsu's that could get him out of tight spots.

GG on his glider is to fast for diedie to catch imo but id say diedara could win if he uses some ninja techniques

This is an interesting fight. Well Deidara has a lot of jutsu that he could use, so I suppose he'd win, but it would be a close match. I think the Green Goblin would be more agile.
