Anyways, back on topic. Unless Cloud is turned into a Final Fantasy VII character, and thus he is subject to the FFVII batle system, along with all of its rules, I have to give it to Vegeta. If he is turned into an FFVII character though, then I'll give it to Cloud, for the reasons Comic Book Guy stated.

As much as it pains me to say it, vegeta wins... why? well he attacks wihle cloud waits for his turn to start (turn based battle vs nonturnbased ftl) Or vegeta nails cloud during the 20 minute long summon. Since this is cloud alone I dont think he could phoenix down himself.

This of course is coming from someone who is not biased, as I hate both characters equally.
