i dont really think ryu wins, i think itachi does...using some elite technique lol

Simple, Ryu has the dragon sword. He can kill anything with it, including spirits. He takes on demons and fiends much stronger than KN4. He defeats Doku, who alone can kill Narutoverse. He has the legendary skills of the Hayabusa clan. Sorry Ninja Gaiden >>> Naruto and DOA as well.

Although i really like them, Naruto ninjas arent that great compared to powerfull ninjas like Scorpion or Ryu.
