Here are their psychic abilities:
Raz: PSI Blast, levitation, telekinesis, pyrokinesis, invisibility, levitation, confusion, clarivoyance
Ness: heavily-damaging area attack, blinding opponent, hypnosis, healing, shield, paralysis
Psycho Mantis: telepathy, psychokinesis, can temporarily blind opponent, levitation, mind-control
Alakazam: teleport, confusion, disable, psychic energy beams, can see slightly into the future, self-healing

Who would win if they had their maximum in-game health, and they could only use the abilities listed above?
