Nice job if it's your first time but some things I wanted to comment on:
1.You may want to make the shoulders broader.
2. Hands are too big.
3. Legs lack knees.
4. Maybe make her fan bigger?

I'm not so good with anatomy, especially hands. But I guess I just have to practice lots. I didn't notice the legs looked weird until I finished the coloring. XD
