I think its bullshit.
I highly doubt my printer is going to attack and kill me. I remember watching a documentary about this on the discovery channel. It was hiliarious how they depicted how it happened once before. This wooded horse was attacking the kid in the face. :P
When it happened in 2012 they had some guy getting choked because his tie got stuck in the printer and the kitchen tools were jumping the wife.

Actually, according to what I saw on History Channel historians believe that it marks a new beginning, but on that day the sun will align with the milky way, thus staying in the sky slightly longer. and Honestly, I'm looking forward to meeting yoda.

They don't predict the doomsday. All their astrological records stop there. Peopl THINK that it means they weren't planning to see 2013.
The actual story is that white men came and burned up nearly all of their records (after declaring themselves gods and before raping their resources)

Who liked to be refered as a minority called "hispanics".
But they are actually white people from europe. Oh the irony!

I compell all of you to got read the book SuperGods in it's entirety, and learn a little about what the mayans believe. I don't agree with large portions of it, but some of it is pretty inciteful, albeit concindental. The world ending however is an unacceptable premise, even if it were to be true. No one would willing except the notion that their existance would certainly cease, in whatever number of years. Moreover, the notions of the world coming to an end, has always seemed like agrandized exagerated, no matter how you look at them.
Actually the Mayans have never really said anything as far as I am aware, the entire concept of this in based on the simple fact that their calendar ends at this point, people have come to the conclusion that since it ends this means the world will end, but I have never heard of any historic evidence that stated the Mayans believed the world would end on this date. The more likely culprit is they had never finished a new calendar (since theirs was not “repeatable” like ours.) This entire concept reminds me of Y2K.

Even if the Mayans did believe that (and as far as i know, they didn't)what giers us ANY reason to believe it.So many cultures have wrongly predicted the end of the world, and caused mass hysteria among idiots. The Mayans are simply the next on that list of cultures.
