If put in an environment where each of these 3 Hunter/Killers....

1) Take down their target without being spotted
2) Avoid collateral damage
3) Each have conflicting targets where they have to kill someone and protect a client
4) Kill the assassins of their client
5) One leaves the area

My bet is on Agent 47. Master of disguise, can work in any environment, and the weapon he may only ever need is the fiberwire.

Yeah I was deciding whether or not this should be in the Outskirts. But I decided it to be more in the Gaming Department since they're video game characters. I thought the Outskirts are basically reserved for Anime only crossovers

Sam Fisher is a sack of crap. comparing him to a ninja is like comparing Godzilla to a poodle. Ones got laser vision, the other a person with a pooper scooper. If a ninja met sam fisher, he would simply look at him, and fisher would explode. Hell if fisher even thought about Ninjas, he would explode.

Well, 47 can disguise himself as an innocent bystander which Fisher may seem to try to avoid killing and not notice. 47 has all ranges of killing whether its indirect (have someone kill them for you "poison food delivered"), sniping, shooting, stalking, close range (then again most of them can do this too.
Agent 47 has no problems also killing at any time of the day whether at night where its quiet or broad daylight with so many people around.
