but I've heard of Lexington of course, the start of the Revolutionary War!

i dunno where im going, but i do know Pat Gannon, who goes there. in fact i was just chatting with him the other day. he tought me how to do a 1.5 off a diving board a while ago. he's a lifeguard at my pool, and i used to go there when it was empty in the morning, so it would just be me and him, and maybe another life guard, and we would just chill and he would show me how to do it. but i failed a lot of times before i got it right, which resulted in many back-flops and belly-flops

I was in a big house where all the rooms were interconnected, and it was dark, and for some reason we had a moat outside our house in which was a treasure chest. So swam down in there, and find the chest, but some ghost pirates are around it, so I end up shooting them with a harpoon I think, take the chest, but as soon as I do I'm being chases by these humanoid squid/shrimp people, so I escape by swimming to the surface.

When I get up there, apparently I don't have the chest anymore (possible brain lapse), but I run inside since I think those things will chase me. Then when I run indoors, I try closing all the doors since all the rooms lead to other rooms and are small, but I miss one door. Then I hear some growling in the darkness and automatically think wolverine. So I'm in bed hiding from the growling, then I remember everyone else (parents and brother) are stuck in New York trying to get to the bus station by Grand Central Station. They even side-stepped outside a mental hospital/college that was right next to a train station, but apparenly they were on the wrong train, so they were asking people how to get to GCS...

Then I wake up

Kanji is chinese characters, but USED in Japanese language as Kanji
and thusly they are in essence Japanese....

If I just saw a kanji for example in the middle of space, I MIGHT translate it similarly because it might mean the same thing in both Chinese and Japanese, but I WOULDN'T be able to tell how to pronounce it without knowing what language it applies to.....

ie.
十　means the number 10, right~ simple translation
but how is it read??

In Chinese, it's "shi" but in Japanese it's "juu"

However, sometimes like I said, it could mean something else

先生 in Japanese is read as "sensei" meaning teacher
BUT
先生 in Chinese, this is read as "xiangsheng" meaning mister
