I would like to do one fo Zabuza performing his water prison skill behind kakashi. I'd like to join...as for the question about Zabuza being under-rated, I honestly think it's because he was such a bad ass character that was in the anime for such a short time, most people didn't notice his full awesomeness! It's just that Zabuza was in the anime and manga for too short of a time.

I don't necessarily think he died too young, but I think he should had more "Air Time". He did live around (atleast) 24 years, but if they had shown him more in the Naruto Story, it would've been a lot better (not just for hime, but for us too :crying)

EDIT: Would you guys like to ally with Hidden Sound FC?

EDIT EDIT: Are there any missions in this FC? If there aren't, we should come up with some of them, that way there could be ranks, and thus allowing the FC to be more than just Zabuza discussion (which would last for a while, but not long enough because of Zabuza's unfortunate mishap...)

Well, by missions I mean doing certain things just to keep the people of the FC busy. Missions could include (but are not limited to) fan art, competitions (sig making or something), making stories, learning the hand symbols, and other things...

I (for myself) am busy learning all the hand symbols...then I can take pictures and label them ^_^

Also, the missions could aid a type of ranking system...

I think I got it for water prison: Hebi, O-hitsuji , Uma, Usagi, O-hitsuji , Usagi, then a different seal of his hands palm out like a W, you know.

This means: Serpent, Ram, Horse, Hare, Ram, Hare, W hand seal (no name)

This is water prison skill I am sure.

Okay, this is what I got for water explosion, but it might not be 100% correct, but it's the best we've got.

1. Right hand half of ram (by face), left hand half of ram (left arm extended upwards,fingers facing forwards instead of sideways)

2. Right hand half of ram (by face), left hand 45 degrees downwards, palm L-shaped

(hope you understand what these mean)

then: bird, ram, ox, monkey, hare, rat, bear, bird, ox, horse, dog, ram, dog, ram, serpent, ram, ox, monkey, ox.

Hopefuly you understand that, this was from episode 9 if you want to see it.

The only time I saw water clone was when Zabuza had Kakashi in the water prison, and all it was was left hand up to face, fingers 1 +2 extended, 3+4 curled up, do you know what I mean?

Also, Hidden Mist is easy, it is just:

Okay, for a rank system, you might need some missions!

Most other FC Clubs use them as their main emphasis (not only to have the ranks, but also to keep the FC occupied)!

Okay, missions are set up from E-Ranked to X-Ranked (X highest, E lowest, they go from highest to lowest X,S,A,B,C,D,E) and require people to do certain things. For example! An E-ranked mission is supposed to be simple! SO, you could have it be like "Post in the Zabuza FC thread" with a limit of 1 point per day.
If yo look at my sig, you will notice that I have this:

Hidden Sound FC
Rank: Chuunin
Mission Stats:
[X-0] [S-1] [A-0] [B-0] [C-0] [D-0] [E-0] [F-1] Points:55

That's a way of keeping track of the missions! Then, you also have a point system...FOR EXAMPLE! E-Ranked missions could be 1 point, and X-Ranked could be like 10 points. After assigning the point system, you can decide what ranks require how many points. You could have the Sage's need like 100+ points, Jounin's 70+, etc. etc. etc. Just think up ways of making this FC entertaining and unique!

(Other ideas for missions: Making Fanfics, FanArt, Wallpapers, and the likes)

i think that the moment Zabuza died, the way... its the most sentamental part of all Naruto.. with fury lashing out with all he had left all to kill that midget bastard, runing down mercs, taking katanas and other sharp objects being stabbed into him. and in the end he took that bastards head and found time to tell him he was going to hell. and after that, laying there by his precious Haku, the tears. the sentament of that moment.
and then something happen... it snowed. and that perfectly placed snow flake placed a tear at the young dead Haku's eye.
in death as in life... together.

^_^ you must admit its the best and sad moment in naruto
(and im a guy... dont think im a girl cuz i say stuff like that)

took me forever to track this Thread down in the FC section, then it struck me its in my damn subscription section :notrust

Whats up with all of you in this FC? seems all the Zabuza Fans are backing down from there fandom! seirously not cool.. have we lost faith in out sadly dead bad-ass of a character? lost faith in his pure cool-ness and high level, his magnitude of badass-ness lol. he is dead but it doesnt mean he isnt badass, hell godzilla has 'died' and it doesnt mean 'she' cant stomp your ass flat.. . . so what if he died against kakashi! its freakin kakashi for gods sake not some push over plus he was the FIRST 'bad guy' we all knew he was going to die or at least lose badly. its the rules of the game, good-guy wins.

why doesnt anyone show more love for the man! in my opinion he had the brains to think up ways to de-spell kakashi's eye. he at least tried. and was able to catch him in his water prison.. who the hell ever catches kakashi?!

Damn right he's still the ultimate badass. For a while I've been battling against Kabuto Fans in the Zabuza vs Kabuto thread I started last year. But aside from that we should be discussing things in this actual thread. I'll start a one with a question: how many of the 7 mist shinobi do you think are still alive and what was Zabuza's rank among them? I'd say he was second only to Kisame being that he seems to be a little stronger. Also I don't think there are too many other left from the 7 mist. I hope there are more though. Well post away.

What was zabuza's rank in the mist 7? i think he was ranked 2nd or 3rd, after Kisame left the mist seven and became missing nin i think only then did Zabuza go against the mist and tried to take over. it would be suicide to do it if you knew there were more than one or two in the mist 7 that outrank you still around to appose you.

as to how many are still alive... i think they were to powerful to stay to the village and probly went off much like kisame and zabuza. but im sure at least 2 are still in the village. i think there all alive and kicked (other than Zabuza) just laying low.

Zabuza VS Kabuto?!

that would be a good battle, Kabuto and Kakashi are about the same just diff battle types, Zabuza was even with Kakashi and only his eye gave him an edge over Zabuza. i think Zabuza would take Kabuto in a quick exchange, in a dragged out battle it starts to favor kabuto a bit more. that chakra scaple would screw up zabuza.. like kakashi with the kunai to the arms, if you take out his arms you limit it to little bit since his main source of combat was his neck cleaver and his water jutsu. then again with water prison kabuto would be taken in like kakashi jsut he doesnt have anyone to save his ass.... and if he did that means Haku would be around aswel and he still loses. plus to get in close to use it on his arms he would need to get past his Neck cleaver. we didnt get to see EVERYTHING Zabuza could do, he knew more than what he has shown and im sure he had something saved for when he was up against a wall.

I think it was in the anime where Kisame called Zabuza "that kid" or "the baby of the group" or something to that effect during his encounter with Kakashi in Konoha, which I assume would indicate that Zabuza was probably one of the younger and lower ranked Mist Seven. However, I went back and read through that part of the manga and he doesn't even mention Zabuza, so I'm going to go ahead and discredit that as anime filler. Judging from Zabuza's level and what we've seen of Kisame, I'd say Zabuza was probably smack dab in the middle in terms of power among the seven. Surely in the name of all realism there was no one in that group stronger than Kisame, who is able to give one of Konoha's elite a run for his money operating on 30% chakra, and surely Zabuza wasn't the weakest, he DID have quite a reputation after all. I really get tired of people talking about how "weak" Zabuza was. He wasn't weak at all, he simply had the misfortunes of being the series' first major villian and being subject to the more ruthless era of Kishimoto storytelling i.e. where he actually killed characters off. I think any shinobi that manages to completely nullify Kakashi's Sharingan in a battle is worthy of some respect. Plus, how many guys did he cut through without the use of his arms and how many spears, swords, knives, and god knows what else did it take to finally take him down? The dude was hardcore, and there's no denying this.

Zabuza was straight up badass, and in the end i stick to what i said i think he had alot more to offer in the fight, think about it... why use your secret jutsu's right in the start of a fight? and then later on the sharingan was in play so why use it only to have it copied and thrown right back at you?! Zabuza played it smart and was winning, and with the lose of his arms his ability to use any type of jutsu was stunted. he could move his arms from what we saw of him half dead touching haku's face but his seal speed would be slow and he wouldnt be able to do anything and im sure he knew this and wouldnt even try to use any jutsu.
And its not all strenght cuz if there is a leader in the mist 7 its not Kisame cuz his personality, his habits and basic nature isnt that of a leader, at least not one of a group of 7 high powered shinobi. kisame has the most chakra thats for damn sure.

Zabuza must have earned the title of 'Devil' of the hidden mist some how and we all freaking know! lol.

and kisame refering to Zabuza was just the anima's way of linking kisame to the mist 7 and Zabuza, a filler comment. ^_^ creators of the anime have nothing to do with the manga and add crap.

Zabuza is nothing but weak! and its crap that he would be nothing without Haku, major crap.

LoL! thats what i was thinking, Zabuza is such a well made character the only thing missing is the full exstent of his backstory, his life as a child and how he came to be a mist 7 and the reasons behind his attempt onm Mizukage and becoming a Missing nin.. im sure the demonBrothers would even show and more bits of haku would appear.

(demon brothers are like His boys and such so i figure they appear, and no doubt haku will play his role)
see some more kisame and of the mist 7, if they get into the mist 7 you konw zabuza will show.

Sometimes I really don't understand Kishimoto. He has killed off some really cool underdeveloped characters i.e. Zabuza and Haku, Hayate, Dosu's team, and then he has allowed some really generic and depthless characters to survive i.e. Baki, Kabuto, etc.

its sad to even see him true to add depth to a character like Kabuto with revealing his past or giving him one shot parts of exspression which is always the pointless "WTF" or "CRAP" moments a no name background character can add to the story.
Baki is pointless, nice attack but just there.... i mean hell if the price of Hayate to be alive would be for baki to die id happily give him up... any sand shinobi can play the parts he played.. all he ever did was stand around with kabuto, kill hayate in an short short battle and try to be dramatic while he kept going 'shit shit wtf is going on?!' in his head while gaara got his sand incased ass was handed to him by akatsuki and kankuro was poisoned.
(like sweat is going to make baki any more of a dramatic character)

Dosu had alot to him, motive, personality, sense of honor and an uniqe look and method of attack, he could have easily fit into the future orochimaru arc same with zaku and he killed them off!
Zabuza was a serious contender and he got killed! haku even, an understandable death to serve some purpose in the arc but zabuza could has survived, maybe see the world in a new light with haku's death and maybe even resurface to aid Naruto and co. something that might have brought on an zabuza/kisame reunion.

New topic: Do you think Zabuza had a though life like Naruto, Garaa, Sasuke, ect. Because Kakashi said that this is the end of a shinobi who led a dificult life or something along those lines. Personaly I think he probably has an extremely interesting back story I wish we could learn more though. Any who post away.

Heh, with Zabuza i know he had an difficult like, think about it he went out and killed everyone in that exam/test. in record time most likely! and then the picture they show is of him in something like the fetal position as the dead bodies grow cold around him, the blood most likely still warm on his hands. just sitting there. maybe he is from a broken home, an orphen, an unloved child, driven by hate and sadness to becomes powerfull, so powerful he begins to plot to take the rank of mizukage. not anti-social obviously since he was at least able to get the demon brothers and other mist nin to aid in his attempt but still. the way his mind works, he was different, he thought about himself and used whoever and whatever he could to reach his goals. (like Haku) most likely abused, maybe by those his age which would make sense.. the silent kid who gets pushed around just putting himself into that situation and slaughtering everyone.

I wouldn't have a problem with Zabuza dying, since it added lots of emotional depth to the series, but the fact that Kishimoto has killed very few characters since makes Zabuza's death seem unnecessary.

Yes and no. Part of me says yes because it made him such a complete character when he died by Haku's side. But most of me says no because he still could have had a touching monment without having to die but what happened happened there's no changing that. I just would have liked for him to be a more permanant character.

I think Zabuza's death was the most emotional moment of Naruto. And right now we are in the most stressful lol (is Gaara alive or not !). I liked a lot that character but... if only we could bring them back to life ! I liked his death but I want him back, in other words ;)

Zabuzas death.. as much as i want him to come back and rip some of these annoying characters (like baki) a new asshole. his death was what gave naruto depth, its what hooks people who watch or read the first arc. its what made people want to really see naruto.. after such a moment as the fight zabuza put up and then his death along with haku and the emotion of it all. ... it really hooked you in and thats something the story needed at the time. i know it made a fan out of me ^^

but YES i want him alive.
Orochimaru can ressurect him damnit.. an memeber of the seven the man is know as a devil.. Orochimaru stressed for powerfull allies with both Itachi & co. and konoha in his way plus all his top people being killed in trying to get sasuke to the sound. he needs people.. going to a grave marked by a giant fuking blade and bringing him to life isnt hard! lol

he might show up later in another wave arc, hunter nins find the body, the wave country use him as a tool. i much rather he be on his own, missing nin style and just randomly appear when naruto is in need... and just kick some major ass.
