Interesting.....It is still debatable in my mind which is easier...that...or just taking the finished product and using line tool in paint :P

Nice simple tutorial :D Lack of the border works sometimes XD You can also make a segmented border by putting scan lines under it and erasing them everywhere else ^_^

Paint is so much easier to do things with, lol. But I think in Photoshop the results look more even / nicer.

I guess. I always use borders >.<
