This is a thread dedicated to proving, once and for all, That Senguko's Goat (Henceforth referred to as PG or Pwn Goat) is the absolute most powerful being in all the One Piece universe. (PG is in the 'Page 4' link in this post)
Because this thread only contains cannon/made up material as proof, I will begin with a very deep analysis of chapter 234, the glorious debut chapter of PG(click on the page to view it):
Page 2: (http://groups.msn.com/_Secure/0YADdAlwa1sf8SGNMoi!*W5svx7YPzb2BjIHlpFa9PXLbHmG7V !3w4ifzE2f!XB9tVEV!mS6sMFoBah5Ef8Uk24drLTB!gIoV0*h QRhyQTW1qPcauNcBv0DSVXbf4kgMXCfe9YYV7vx7XclkCTW96a Q/One%20Piece%20-%20234%20-%2002.jpg?dc=4675452403231735862)
Here you see 2 higher ranked marines are clearly afraid of something. Not death
they are marines and are ready to face death for justice. No, they are afraid of angering PG-Sama with all this ruckus (which is a million times worse than death). We also see Commander Crane. According to the databook (more on that later) since she is always in the presence of PG, due to her being stationed in HQ, she developed a way to reduce the pressure of being near someone of such magnitude. That is, to focus the attention of her every brain cell on a single thought, anything other than matters relating to PG. This is how she learned to unlock the true power of her brain and became a master tactician (which was all part of PG's plan).
The next page doesn't have anything of major importance. Just Lofulamingo continuing with his foolish squalor. Little does he now that he is about to reach levels of fear he didn't imagine would exist.

There it is! the single greatest page Oda ever drew. Such glory! Such magnificence! Such pure unadulterated Pwnsomness! The one and only finally appears. Along with his Loyal servant Sengoku (Who received all the medals he currently has because he served PG well. Which is the same reason he is The HQ Commanding General). Donning the bell that limits his power to 0.000000000000001% of it true potential, so that he doesn't destroy his planet by simply being there. He Uttered a single, earth-shaking word. "Meeh", all withing the room cowered in fear. as will be shown in the next page.

We've seen the two shibukai and learned their names in the previous chapter. So why is Oda showing close-ups of their faces with their prices, which btw are the highest we've seen up to that point? It's to show the affects of PG's scolding of them. Lofulamingo had to use all of his DF power to make himself look like he's smiling. But, luckily for him, His sunglasses hide his true expression. The same can be said for Bisoromi Bear. Though he couldn't hide it as well as his partner and thus turned to his Bible to gain strength. At this point PG had pity on them, and subconsciously ordered them to continue the meeting.

As if the previous pages weren't proof enough. Oda shows here that PG is the most important person in the room. If you look closely at the first panel you'll see PG sitting in the middle saying "Meeh, Patsu Patsu" which can be translated as "You have my blessing to commence this meeting" from Pwnlinese. This scene, where several Important people are sitting at a dinner table with the most important one sitting in the middle, reminded me very much of the following picture (which I believe is Oda intent):

Page 7: (http://groups.msn.com/_Secure/0YAAAAGEaG8n8SGNMoi!*W5svx7YPzb2BjIHlpFa9PXL96OZDn il8HY7GzTzseZdKWmfpuB10ve6yVd4wpPRyNNVz1sx6h0kzRGM jvNiBRayq1QMSinme0WdKSkYLga65bftBlSOCBmMAAAAAAAAAA A/One%20Piece%20-%20234%20-%2007.jpg?dc=4675452403265114121)
Hawk eye!!! The most powerful Swordsman on the planet. Is shown with his eye's shaded in the third panel! Why would Oda shade the the eyes of Mihawk (a character whose nickname describes his eyes which implies it's a major contribution to his skill) when shading is considered a sign of fear? Because in the previous panel, Mihawk witnessed one of the scariest techniques of PG. The ability to instantly kill a pirate by eating his Wanted Poster (Which only failed once, more on that later).
Page 8: (http://groups.msn.com/_Secure/0YADdAmIaXMn8SGNMoi!*W5svx7YPzb2BjIHlpFa9PXKxRBRQB fz2POmYC!Hbb1iKGY6g*efDASZSAqDcasNwSFX3fxqJjKec993 jqUHiLeJcUAIL3g54VET*PwVaB3tC4H!Z62!2CHjXclkCTW96a Q/One%20Piece%20-%20234%20-%2008.jpg?dc=4675452403273688148)
Not much in this page either, other than the obvious look of fear on Lofulamingo's face. He simply cannot handle another frightful "Meeh" even if it wasn't directed at him.
The rest of the chapter also doesn't have much importance, except of one final (and perhaps most important) page.
Page 12: (http://groups.msn.com/_Secure/0YwDdAiAbKBH8SGNMoi!*W5svx7YPzb2BjIHlpFa9PXKeqtBnY Y45jcZJ7DQzjinutKjhmGtKH*tsIJLfjUGHaovjbQOzGPf47qD E6a!b*te5TdKh17c*CJMuBMglGCPtyXRdySILWzltS8N*gLjbs A/One%20Piece%20-%20234%20-%2012_13.jpg?dc=4675452403301403413)
Is it a coincidence that the debut chapter of PG also shows the most powerful man currently alive? of course not. Like I mentioned before. White Beard was the only man ever to survive having his Wanted poster eaten by PG. But it left him in need of intensive medical attention for the rest of his life as shown in the link above. It's because of his brush with PG that he seeks the One Piece. Hoping to one day repeat what Gold Roger once did!
If that wasn't enough to convince you, here are some other pieces of proof other than ch234.
Miscellaneous proof of his extreme Pwnsomness:
- In the last popularity poll. PG wasn't in the first 50 places. That was because it was explicitly said not to vote for him. As it will only leave about 2 votes for the rest of the characters.
- In the latest Anime opening, the studio only animated his head, and only for a couple of seconds at most. That is because, even if they did have the energy to animate him completely, having the audience see his awesomeness every weak will make them bored with the rest of the show.
Now, I haven't read any of the databooks. But I'm pretty sure that if you delete some words and add some others, you'll get these facts on how PG affects the OP universe:
- Gold Roger once fought PG using all of his powers and all of the ancient weapons. The fight was the longest that PG ever had, 234 seconds. After Gold Roger was defeated he hid the One Piece. Then gave himself up to the government. At the execution he mentioned the OP, thus beginning the pirate age. The reason for this is that he wanted the most worthy men to discover the ultimate truth and treasure. The True Pwn that is PG.
- PG once kicked the floor. The aftershock was so powerful and fast, it traveled back 400 years and lifted part of the Jaya Island. The after-effect then lasted to the current day.
- Every year, Trillions of germs coordinate an attack on PG hoping make him sick. Very few manage to get in and make sneeze. The resulting tidal wave is called Aqua Laguna by the people of Water 7.
There you have it, I know this is long. But really, not enough words can be written in honor of PG. I welcome any challengers. Or, better yet, converted fans to post here.
