I'm not talking about what people can survive, i'm talking about what they can dish out.

I'm talking about the fact that if you look at Cyborg Frieza, parts of him are still organic. A lot of his body survived a planet going boom (the explosion was huge) when he had very little Ki (remember it's arguable that Goku did more damage than the planet going boom), yet a single blast from SSJ2 or above would most likey erase him from existence.

Frieza can survive being under the surface of a planet when it is destroyed in a very weakened state but would be destroyed by a small Ki attack from SSJ2 or above even at full power. What does this imply? The Ki blast is more intense than the explosion that took out Namek.

Goku's body could survive an attack of the same intensity as the one that took out Namek (because his body is "harder" than Frieza's) but he'd die if the planet was destroyed because he can't breath in space (which is a semi retcon since Kid Goku travelled to the moon). That's a different matter, i'm not talking about that.

Edit: I know that wasn't the best explanation of the difference between Durability and Endurance...

However it would be easier to rip Frieza in half than it would Goku.
