Setting is in Konoha.
So let's lay down some rules. Homer Simpson can't turn into that superhero. And let's give them some weapons.
- They get unlimited ninja weapons that the Konoha nins would use.
- No outside interfence

Ok so Peter Griffin has the weight advantage ... Hank Hill i think would have the intelligence advantage over the two ... and maybe Homer might have the speed advantage, not sure.
hmmm i think i might have to go with Peter on this one, he gave that Chicken a hell of a fight. And he even fought him on a train, through buildings. Peter ftw.

Everybody already said what I was going to say, but I give this to Peter not only because he fought the chicken twice and lived to tell about it but also because he got shot by Dick Chenney while hunting and lived to tell about it.

Homer's had experience as a boxer, plus it's almost impossible for him to get knocked out due to his thick skull. So i'd give it to homer hands down.
