Akatsuki and Schibukai v.s. Our world, Naruto world, and One Piece World.

If Akatsuki and Schibukai teamed up(assuming Yondaime is AL and all other Akatsuki and Schibukai are alive) could they defeat: Our world, the Naruto world, and the One Piece world?
Their maximum time limit would be 10 years.

Whitebeard , Shanks , strawhats , Ace , Enel , Wiper , Marines , Smoker , Hundreds of other known pirates crews. Hell our world can just sit back and chill same with the Naruto verse
