Invader Zim was incredible, Zim was soo delusional and GIR WAS GREAT. "Why? I lov-ed you, piggy! I lov-ed you!" It was true through, the writer may of made Zim too sinister and cynical. They made a mistake having their target audience 2-11 years old. How would they understand what Zim is talking about and the humor. One episode they had a Tickle mehellmo doll on the show and this isn't exactly the way to win the hearts of parents or their children. After the show was cancelled there was an online petition (http://www.petitionspot.com/petitions/invaderzimcancelled) which was started but never really hit the ground.
If the creator made the target audience a little older maybe they would of have a more higher chance of keeping the series. I loved the show though.. Bring it back! Properly..

Zim of course. That show was great, really sticking out. But it was cancelled for whatever reason.

It really could have reached the level of such shows as Ren and Stimpy, Rocko's Modern Life, Aaah! Real Monsters, etc.
