I'm assuming it's a nuetral universe where both characters have their powers.
Neo would win imo.

Making Sasuke look like a complete moron :laugh.
But anyways, Sasuke can't stay in CS2 for very long, and I doubt he could kill Neo that fast.

Well, if the fight takes place in the matrix, then neo would own. If it was outside of the matrix, neo would get owned. He can't really do much outside of the matrix.

I'm not sure who would win, but I think I should probably state a few factors on Sasuke's side. First, the sharingan allows him to see what a person is going to do. Second, the cs2 isn't some thing that just makes him look weird, it boosts his chakra power, strength, whatever. When he was fighting naruto, 3 level sharingan power, he was guaranteed to get his ass whooped because he couldn't judge the demon chakra's movements. When he went into cs2, however, he won thing fight, meaning that it does increase his power.
And since we're dealing with a Sasuke 2 1/2 years later, with mad skills even without the cs2, we're dealing with a sickass winged freak.
Again, I'm not sure who would win, but you've gotta give him credit.

Neo, FTW.
Assuming this is in a neutral universe where Neo has the powers depicted within the Matrix, it wouldn't even be a fair fight. Neo can practically be as strong and as fast as he wills himself to be. He could hit Sasuke in 2 milliseconds and send him flying hundreds of feet away.

If that's true then why didn't he do that when fighting Smith?

Did you watch the Matrix?
In Reloaded, he was batting away Smiths like nothing. Only when Smith took over the Oracle program did he also fight Neo. Smith was Neo's antithesis.

True, but that was just good fighting. I'm just saying that he doesn't really use super speed in his fighting, I don't think he ever really has(except in the first one, and that was just once or twice). So it's not an arguable factor.
PLus, he never really beat the mass smiths, just kept them at bay.

Neo fighting is always fast. The cinematography of the fights are often slowed down when fighting. But it's clear Neo can, and often does, fight really fast. Such as in Reloaded, he kicks several Smiths in the chest before they are able to react.
Beating the Mass Smiths is impossible, as there is a potentially infinite number of them (or six billion, but effectively limitless).

Yeh, but that was inside the matrix, not in the real world.

That's why we operate under the assumption that it's a neutral universe where both have their powers; especially since the thread starter never clarified.
It'd be stupid to automatically handicap someone for no particular reason at all.

If Neo is in a neutral universe, he has no powers...
not really a fair battle now is it...

I think by neautral universe it doesn't mean a plain, regular universe, but a place where anything from any universe would work/count, like the gengutsu in the narutoverse affecting others(which people usually argue because the opponents aren't always from the narutoverse). It's a place where they're able to do what they can do.
