Dark Samus vs SA-X

I'm a big fan of the Metroid Serius as well so I wanted to know which one do you think would win? Dark Samus (Metroid Prime fused with Samus' phason suit) or SA-X (A clone of Samus, but insted of been a human cloned, it's formed of parasites)?

I think Dark Samus.

phazon is supposed to be the ultimate element or something like that and with metroid prime its bound to become more powerful vs a parasite mimicing samus traditional suit. i go with dark samus

Unfortunately, I don't have a gamecube or any non-handheld system, but I have played Metroid fusion, and I believe the SA-X would lose, just from your description.

SA-X is just regular full-powered Samus at full power, with X-Parasites. Phazon suit, from what I've heard, is much more powerful than the regular suit. In addition, if Metroid Prime is a metroid (please excuse my ignorance, haha :P ), that would make him/her/it the natural enemy of SA-X, as Metroids feed off of X Parasites.

Don't forget, SA-X also has the Ice Beam, which the Metroids are not fond of. However Dark Samus has probably evolved to the point were she is no longer vulnerable to cold.

SA-X is Samus at her most highest strength, or close to it, and if we stick to the timeline, The SA-X has all of Samus's memories and abilties, meaning in knows how to deal with Dark Samus.

yeah but if dsamus has evolved to be vunerable to the ice beam you would think it would get smarter and be able to get a new stratgie or at least knows its weak points and protect them with armour since metroid prime can take in things and include it in his armour

In Metroid Fusion, Samus regaining her Gravity suit negated her weakness to the Ice Beam, right? And at that point, she was basically part Metroid. Assuming that Dark Samus has Samus' suits (I'll have to look up how/what it's made of later), it should be protected from ice by the same means.

Forgive me for asking, but where in the timeline does Metroid Prime take place? I'm pretty sure that Metroid Fusion is the last to take place story-wise, so I guess that SA-X would have the memories. However, doesn't Samus conviniently lose all her suit upgrades for each new game? This is just a guess, but I'm pretty sure that the phazon related weapons (if Samus has any) wouldn't be found on the SA-X. Once again, I'm going to have to find out what weapons changed between the two games.

The Metroid Prime series takes place between Metroid and Metroid 2.

SA-X would have all the powers of Samus in Super Metroid but possibly excluding the Hyper Beam. It wouldn't have any Phazon related weapons but it could use the same tactic Samus did in the end of Echoes.

Dark Samus had absorbed too much phazon at the final battle, and had to expel some of it in the form of attacks. Samus used the Charge Beam to absorb the phazon and fired it like a phazon shot, damaging Dark Samus a fair amount.

Is that even worthy of a Spoiler tag? Do we use them in Outskirts?

Well you do have to remember that D-SA was invul. to almost anything when she became a pure been of Phason. Only phason could harmed her.

Hmmm, I wonder if SA-X could fused with phason like some other animals, prasites, etc have. If so, SA-X could also absor phason making it a thought match to D-SA.

Did you read my spoier tag above your post? SA-X could use Phazon against DS. It makes prefect sense.

I ment like change it's suit to a Phason suit. Not absorb clusters of Phason.
