Who would come out on top in this free for all battle of baddass battle suit wearing warriors? It's been a while since I've seen Tekkaman (Teknoman if you watched the dub)or Guyver so I don't quite remember what they can do or who would win out of the 3.

From what I've heard, Guyver would win this one.

What have you heard about Guyver that would give him the 1up over Samus and Tekkaman?

Tekkaman...the dude could surf through space. I remember watching both Guyver and Tekkaman and basically Tekkaman was Guyver meets Gundam and on steroids. Don't know much about Samus, but if I had Tekkaman in Super Smash Brothers, he'd have an attack as cheap as Jigglypuff's sleep attack but it'd be a giant beam that takes up the whole screen and do 300% damage each hit.
Plus the last game I played(Prime?) she didnt seem all that strong. Tekkaman is in a different league from these land based alien fighters.

What about being able to surf through space gives Tekkaman the advantage if the other 2 aren't in space?
Metroid Prime isn't the best showing of Samus' strength, play Super Metroid, Metroid: Fusion, or Metroid: Zero Mission for a better handle on all of her abilities.

What gives Guyver the advantage? Well is upper armor cannot be harmed by hardly anything. I think I heard it only has two weaknesses. Here are them
"Enzyme-type Zoanoids were specifically developed to exude a type of acid that dissolves the bio-booster armour"
"And, finally, the Creators developed a tool called the 'Unit-Remover'. It actually deletes host data from the control metal, forcing the Guyver to return to its inactive state."
I know for a fact that Samus has neither and I'm not sure about Tekkaman, so someone will have to reply.

Not really, the control metal is and always will be it's weakness. Tekkaman has more than enough power to destroy it.
From space he can just bombard them with this(its around 40 seconds into it):

Owns the Megasmasher any day of the week.
I only figured that out after I saw it again(I believe I already made a Teknoman vs. Guyver thread and Teknoman won hands down)
Comparing game characters to anime characters is kinda bunk, because game characters are less consistent in power from game to game.

Some Info on the Guyver
The functions of the Guyver are all-encompassing. Since the symbiote takes over the organic functions of the host, there is in theory no need to ever remove the armor, even to feed or relieve oneself. A Guyver can survive in any atmosphere or lack thereof, under almost any conceivable pressure. It can resist exposure to temperatures of thousands of degrees. It has resistance against acids and alkalic compounds.
Even if it should happen that a Guyver is injured, it will regenerate itself in minutes. Depending on the energy reserves, even a lost limb or a critically damaged brain will be restored without any long-term consequences. The control medal "saves" all the host´s memories. The Guyver does not even appear to need raw material to regenerate its body; even when only the control medal was left of Guyver One, his entire body was regenerated in a matter of hours.
If the sheer, raw drive and ability to survive of a Guyver are intimidating, even more frightening is its array of deadly weapons.
A Guyver possesses a standard arsenal; its first and foremost weapon is of course it´s immense strength. A Guyver is approximately one hundred times as strong as the average human being, allowing him to run at hundreds of miles an hour, make seemingly impossible jumps and overcome even the strongest Zoanoids in a match of strength.
To supplement this enormous power, a Guyver possesses, in its limbs, inertia generators, which enhance the impact of a kick or punch far beyond (ten times, it is estimated) what they would be even with the enormous strength of the armor behind it. Flesh and bone are as flan and styrofoam to it.
Positioned on its forerarms, a Guyver has "sonic swords", organic blades, composed from thousands of micro-fine plates, layered on top of one another, each vibrating seperately. The blades can change shape; this suggests that each of the layers of the sword is actually a single molecule, which can be folded up like a "Jacob´s ladder". So far, there has been nothing that the blades can´t actually cut - except another sonic sword.
On the forehead, directly above the control medal, sits a small, marble-like object like a staring eye. This is actually a laser, very powerful for its economic size. The "head-beam" can easily pierce a Zoanoid´s skin, or vaporize a bullet in mid-air.
As mentioned before, also located on the face are the small, silvery spheres of the sonic oscillator. Normally, they act as vocal synthesizers for the host, but their frequency and power output can be regulated to use them as a weapon. Not only can the "sonic buster" disable enemies by using infrasound or ultrasound, it can actually atomize them by emitting a vibration on the specific frequency of organic molecules, causing them to vibrate themselves apart.
Roughly where a belt buckle should be, sits a larger silvery sphere. This is the gravity control center, which not only allows the Guyver to make itself weightless or super-heavy, but also can generate a microscopic wormhole which is then converted into a devastating gravitonic pulse, which can punch neat, round holes in concrete walls or enemies. Also, by manipulating gravity, the Guyver can create a shield in front of themselves. However this occured in the original animated series and it is unclear if it is canon.
Finally, the deadliest weapon by far is the "Megasmasher". This is located under the armored chest panels, which first have to be opened - this is usually done by hand, but specialized tendrils can also fulfill this function if the arms are disabled.
Once the chest panels are opened, viscous liquid lenses inflate to full size, bulging out like huge eyes, and charge up; this takes a few seconds, depending on the intensity of the blast, and can also be done with the panels still closed.
The blast, when released, accelerates all particles in its path to almost light speed. The lenses themselves actually only project energy; the material destructive effect is caused by a relatively faint blast of particles, which however move at such gigantic speed they tear anything and everything apart at a subatomic level. Literally nothing made of matter can survive this effect.
Typically, a full-power blast reduces everything in a fifteen foot wide, one-mile long shaft to ions. Lower power settings are also possible (and indeed necessary).
Even a human host can use these weapons with deadly effect; if the control medal switches to auto-defense mode, because the host is disabled, however, the Guyver truly becomes an unstoppable, merciless killing machine.
There are few opponents that can realistically take on a Guyver. No Zoanoid can hope to prove a real threat, and the same goes for most Hyper-Zoanoids. All Enzyme-types possess the means to injure and theoretically critically disable a Guyver, but even so, their power has always proven insufficient to defeat their more versatile enemy. Any Zoalord can take on a Guyver, although even their defenses cannot completely protect them from the Mega-███████. The only being who does not have to fear a Guyver in battle at all, is Arcanfel himself.
The greatest weakness of the Guyver, then, is the host himself. It has been proven possible to make a host subconsciously reject the armor and thus render him helpless to summon its power. Unfortunately, the two active Guyvers have already proven capable of overcoming such a strategy - Fukamachi through determination, and Makishima because he does not allow himself emotional weaknesses.
Tekkaman
A Tekkaman (or, in the English version, a Teknoman) is a human who has been biologically altered by alien technology. The process, however, is so physically taxing that most don't survive it.
Those that do survive gain the ability to transform into a powerful armored form. The armor is capable of self-propelled flight, functions as an environmental suit, and is virtually invulnerable to most forms of attack - Blade withstood a nuclear explosion at point-blank range without any ill effects.
All Tekkamen control their armor by use of a crystal that is stored in the body while not in use. Blade's crystal is shattered early on by Dagger, and he is forced to use Pegas to transform. In addition, the crystal is capable of enabling the Tekkaman to travel through space at high speeds (without his crystal, Blade is earth-bound without the assistance of the Blue Earth)
Tekka-Armor also has a number of built-in offensive systems. First, physical strength is enchanced considerably. For melee combat, a Tekkaman uses a spearlike weapon called a Tekk Lancer (called Tekno-Lance in Teknoman). The lances wielded by some Tekkamen had special abilities: Dagger's could double as a bow capable of firing energized arrows, Blade's had launchable boomerang blades, and his (demonstrated in Episode 1 during his first battle) and Evil's could generate an electrical charge in addition to being used as a throwing star. Blade also had a grappling spike that could be fired out of the right wrist of his armour as was shown at the end of episode 3 when he tows the Blue Earth. (Miyuki and Evil are also shown using similar tools).
Most Tekkamen (the one notable exception being Dagger) also had access to Vol Tekka (known as Teknopower Blasters in Teknoman), massively powerful energy cannons that could fire incredible blasts of energy called Vol Tekka Bolts. Evil is capable of using his blasters to power a "ball lightning" blast, and Blade is later able to boost the power of his blast using Pegas.
Blade and Evil later evolve into Blastor Tekkamen (known as Super Teknoman in Teknoman). During battle, they can change their armor into an enhanced form which boosts their energy blasts and speed considerably. This enhancement has serious neurological effects for both of them, however.
Blade had a technique (called Crush Intrude in Tekkaman Blade, and called Tekno Battle Mode in Teknoman) which increased his flight speed and combat ability. Nearly all Tekkamen are able to generate a bird-shaped aura around themselves, allowing them to destroy enemies by crashing into them. This aura can also be expelled as an explosion that destroys everything around the Tekkamen within a certain radius.
Samus
Samus is invincible while running at mach speed, and while using her screw attack. In her morph ball form she can jump and boost at her enemies causing damage, and she has power bombs that explode in a very wide radius. She has 250 missiles, over 100 super missiles, she can use her power bombs with her beam cannon for even more powerful attacks, she has difusion missiles which freeze enemies within a medium radius, her beams are unlimited(exept for the dark and light beams), she can shoot through any wall with her wave beam, she can shoot through multiple enemies with her plasma beam, her ice beam freezes enemies, she can charge her beam shots to make to make them stronger, and all of her beam weapons combine to have all of those effects in one shot. With her Varia Suit she can survive extreme cold and heat, and with her gravity suit she can move completely unhindered and unharmed in water or lava. Plus if she's low on heath and ammo she can use a power bomb and perform the crystal flash which refills all of her energy.

Tekkaman wins this thing, IMO. Samus is just dead weight. Now, it's been a while since I've seen the show, but I recall Tekkaman going through thousand upon thousands of alien scum at high paces, he's much taller and better armored than Samus, and Tekkaman Plus would just be overkill.

Is Guyver allowed to have the Gigantic Armor which gives him damn near if not equal Zoalord status? Guyver 1's powers are multiplied by like 20 when he uses the Gigantic Armor. If that's the case, Sho can have an even match against Tekkaman Blade. D-Boy also has the his limit on his armor so that could prove to be fatal if the match became drawn out, even with his Blastor upgrade.
Samus just sits back and hopes she doesn't get blasted by the madness. XD

I'm asking why is she overpowered. Guyver's speed tops out at around 200mph and samus can run and fly at mach speed. I keep hearing about Tekkaman being able to fly but it seems you have all forgotten about the space jump/screw attack combo, which she can come out of and fire a few good shots and then resume her invincible space jump again. I just don't see how she can't hang with the other 2.

Tekkaman fights entire battles in space versus hundreds or even thousands of opponents, which he flies through with ease. He can also withstand a point-blanc atomic blast, I have yet to see Samus fire anything similair.

OK, let me rephrase that then. Tekkaman can survive planetary reentry (which is 990KM/hr), and the impact of crashing into the planet at that speed. He can withstand a nuclear attack with no problems. Samus gets beaten up by little bug-like creatures, especially when i'm playing with her.

Listed with Samus:
Power Beam: Standard equipment for the Power Suit. While the weakest of all beams, Samus can fire this weapon like a semi-automatic gun. It has the best rate of fire among all her weapons.
Long Beam: This module expands the range of Samus' Arm Cannon. It became standard equipment after the first mission on Zebes.
Charge Beam: This module allows Samus to charge energy into the Arm Cannon to augment functionality for each separate Beam. It was considered standard equipment in Echoes as the Ing failed to seize the programs and hardware that managed it.
Wide Beam/Spazer Beam: The Wide Beam expanded the reach of Samus' beam weapons, allowing them to hit in a wider area, hence its name.
Wave Beam: The Wave Beam fires an oscillating energy bolt. One variant passes through walls and punches holes in broken walls; the other has an electrical nature and scrambles machinery that it strikes.
Ice Beam: The Ice Beam has the ability to freeze whatever it hits in its tracks. Samus can use frozen enemies as footholds, or shatter them with a well-placed Missile. This weapon is essential to defeating the energy-based Metroids.
Plasma Beam: The Plasma Beam is a two-variant weapon - one pierces through enemies, the other sets them on fire. It is a very powerful weapon under any circumstance.
Dark Beam: Designed by the Luminoth in an attempt to overcharge the dark Ing, the Dark Beam fires a chunk of dark matter. The weapon can cause considerable damage and freeze an enemy in its tracks.
Light Beam: The Luminoth designed the Light Beam as a weapon against the Ing Horde. This weapon fires a beam of concentrated light straight ahead. A charged shot will fire multiple bolts that chase their target.
Annihilator: The Annihilator is a weapon which combines both light and dark energies. The weapon has a high-powered sonic aspect, allowing it to operate some devices.
Hyper Beam: A powerful weapon acquired after receiving the Mother Brain's energy from the Metroid larva, the Hyper Beam is death incarnate. The power of this weapon will smash the Mother Brain badly, and anything else is eradicated with one shot.
Phazon Beam: The Phazon Beam only operates in the presence of the purest Phazon, but it is the only weapon capable of damaging the core essence of Metroid Prime.
Missiles: A subweapon; Samus can fire potent micro missiles from the Arm Cannon after obtaining a Missile Launcher. Samus has been known to hold up to 255 Missiles at once.
Seeker Missile Launcher: An upgrade to the conventional Missile Launcher, Samus can use the Seeker Launcher to attain five separate targets and fire missiles simultaneously upon them all.
Ice Missiles: Samus' Fusion Suit rejects the Ice Beam due to conflicts with Metroid DNA, so Samus gets to launch frosty missiles instead.
Diffusion Missiles: The Diffusion Missiles are a highly explosive Ice Missile, freezing anything within the blast range.
Charge Combos: Charge Combos allow Samus to combine the Missile Launcher and Charge Beam for more potent weapons.
Super Missile: While Samus can at times fire Super Missiles by themselves, she can also use them in a Power Beam Charge Combo for more devastating effect.
Wavebuster: The Wavebuster is the Wave Beam Charge Combo, and it gradually uses up missiles to fire a tracking lightning beam that fries its target to death.
Ice Spreader: The Ice Spreader is the Ice Beam Charge Combo, capable of freezing and/or shattering multiple enemies at once. Very devastating when used properly.
Flamethrower: The Flamethrower is the Plasma Beam Charge Combo. It saturates the enemy with fire, hence its name.
Darkburst: The Darkburst is the Dark Beam Charge Combo. The explosion of this device opens a gate that sucks anything near it into the interdimensional void.
Sunburst: The Sunburst is the Light Beam Charge Combo. The weapon emits a massive light-energy discharge that burns at all near it.
Sonicboom: The Sonicboom is the Annihilator Charge Combo. This weapon releases instantly, and creates a powerful sonic discharge where it strikes. Not much can endure this bad boy.

Power Suit: Samus' basic suit. It provides life support functions and exceptional shielding against enemy attack. The suit is modular, allowing for expansions to it as needed.
Varia Suit: An expansion of the Power Suit, the Varia unit allows Samus to endure extreme thermal conditions. The Ing could not seize the programming and hardware for the Varia Suit, though the fullest extent of it could never be demonstrated on Aether.
Gravity Suit: The Gravity Suit allows Samus to travel unhindered in an aqueous environment. This means that to her, water and, in some cases, magma are as insubstantial as air. A device on Aether called the Gravity Boost replicates this functionality.
Phazon Suit: Samus' Power Suit becomes the Phazon Suit when exposed to the residual Phazon of the Omega Pirate. This suit is immune to ordinary Phazon and provides maximum defense against attacks.
Dark Suit: The Dark Suit allows Samus to endure the corrosive atmosphere of Dark Aether, on top of providing stronger defense against most forms of damage.
Light Suit: The ultimate combination of Chozo and Luminoth battlesuit technology, the Light Suit neutralizes all non-Phazon hazards in Dark Aether. Samus is immune to the toxic air, dark water, and Ingstorm.
Combat Visor: Samus' standard visor; it provides a HUD with energy levels, environmental threat assessment, ammunition tallies, targeting reticules, mini-map, and radar. Nothing ordinary escapes this visor's detection as long as Samus is looking its way.
Scan Visor: Samus' specialty visor. It allows Samus to ascertain the properties and/or morphology of any entity receiving a scan wave from the helmet. On top of this basic function, Samus can operate any non-AI computer with the Scan Visor, and it is known to be capable of wireless hacking - the Space Pirates still haven't found a way to thwart it.
Thermal Visor: Samus uses the Thermal Visor to track things by the heat they give off. Abnormal heat sources are red in the visor; this allows Samus to see enemies with subpar thermal shielding and heat-emitting objects otherwise undetectable.
X-Ray Visor: The X-Ray Visor allows Samus to see in X-Ray vision. This enables her to detect partially phased enemies and those that are only visible on that spectrum.
Dark Visor: The Dark Visor allows Samus to detect extradimensional and invisible enemies. This is handy in finding targets for the Seeker Launcher.
Echo Visor: The Echo Visor allows Samus to see sound - it serves to help Samus defend herself against sonic attacks and to operate sonic devices.
Morph Ball: This device allows Samus to roll into a compact sphere measuring about 1m in diameter. The Morph Ball, like the Power Suit, is modular, allowing for expansions as needed. This is the third "non-standard" device the Ing failed to steal from Samus.
Boost Ball: The Boost Ball is a lesser version of the Speed Booster. Samus can use this to roll up inclines, operate Spinners, and ascend half-pipes to reach many locations. She can also damage enemies by boosting into them.
Spring Ball/Jump Ball: This upgrade allows Samus to jump with the Morph Ball without using Bombs. Viable in some situations.
Spider Ball: A valuable upgrade that allows Samus to roll along magnetic surfaces. Samus can hop from one track to a higher one using Bombs, and she can also rocket from one track to another using the Boost Ball.
Bombs: The standard defense mechanism for the Morph Ball. While they can be produced in perpetuity from the Morph Ball, they have a limited range and only a small number can be deployed at once. The Morph Ball can perform "bomb jumps" by resting atop a bomb when it goes off.
Power Bombs: One of the most powerful weapons known to exist, the Power Bomb is a weapon of very limited quantity. Anything near where Samus drops it is either immune to its awesome destructive force or ripped apart, molecule by molecule. Middle ground does not exist.
Power Grip: This device is an expansion for Samus' suit. It allows her to grip ledges with her open hand. Made standard in Fusion.
High Jump Boots: An expansion for the power suit, the High Jump Boots increase Samus' jump height. Packed with the Spring Ball in Fusion and Zero Mission.
Space Jump: An expansion for the Power Suit, the Space Jump allows Samus to jump in midair using the thrusters on her pack or in her boots. The former allow Samus to stay in the air indefinitely as long as she has a spin.
Speed Booster: Samus can use the Speed Booster to run at incredible speeds - to the point where she can literally run right through solid walls. In addition to being invulnerable to most conventional weapons while in motion, Samus can go airborne with this power, plowing through just about any surface. She can retain the momentum on sloped surfaces if she starts running on contact.
Grapple Beam: The Grapple Beam, while not a direct weapon, is a utility that allows Samus to swing around from place to place. It can be used as a weapon against enemies that refuse to let go of her by grappling with a live energy source.
Screw Attack: The Screw Attack is a powerful means of transportation that sheathes Samus' body in a veil of deadly energy. Anything that comes in contact is in for damage; most variants will kill on contact.

LOL, I mentioned Guyver 1 Gigantic. Lets put it this way, Samus is out of the equation, number 1. Number 2, Tekkaman Blastor is waaaaay faster than in terms of flight and movement speed than Guyver Gigantic. But... reflexes aside, they're the same, especially since Gigantic has the power of a Zoalord, and then some. The only thing that would save Blastor (powered up d-boy) is if Agito calls for the Gigantic armor and screws Sho by making him go back to normal Guyver 1. Besides Enzyme's acid, nothing has really defeated/penetrated/etc. Guyver Gigantic. If D-Boy used the Vol Tekka, then Sho can use the Hyper ███████ (100x stronger than the Mega ███████) which from what I've seen both reading the manga and watching Tekkaman, is stupid stronger. The normal mega ███████ tore a hole through Mount Fuji, so just imagine the strength of a Hyper ███████ blast. O_o Sho would probably cut through D-Boy's armor as well with his Sonic Blades too, even while defending against D-Boy's attacks. Also, D-Boy has his limit as well in the Tekkaman form. Guyver Gigantic can outlast that IMO.

Gigantic Dark (Agito when he steals Gigantic) recently took on multiple zoaloards at the same time in the manga. (HUMONGOUS spoiler) He was victorious and killed a daydreaming Balcus (at least it lookst that way). The Gigantic can resist the pull and even collapse a pseudo-black hole. It's stated in the manga that the Giga-Smashers are 100 times more powerful than the Mega-Smashers. They completey overpowered Neo-Zxtole's solar radiation powered blast, which was stated by the Zoalord in the area as powerful enough to destroy all of Tokyo city in one fell swoop. It's also stated to be physically stronger than all of the Zoalords except maybe Arcanfel. The vibroblades can extend to an indefinite length and are flexible enough to be used like whips. Its gravitational powers include the ability to fire huge pressure spheres, a continous disruption beam, and can create a gravity based force field. The main headbeam has increased in power by 5 times. There are two others mounted parallel to it with the same strength as the original. The sonic buster is also four times as powerful, which is insane since it can disintigrate matter at its normal power. The newest addition is a long crystaline skewering spike in the chest that can extend for ramming attacks. Gigantic's speed is also far past that of sound in earth's atmosphere. Finally, it has five sense orbs in its head which makes for unparalleled observation and information collecting on the battlefield. All of this makes Samus completely irrelevant in the battle. I've never watched Tekkaman though, so I can't really give a judgment on that.
