I'm too damn biased, thus I see Guilty Gear winning this. Although, to justify my opinion, I should say that I believe GG characters are above/on the same level as Gears which supposedly made modern armies obsolete.

Dunno about that but atleast to me UMK's combat system seems a lot better. Even now there is still new and more things to it. I've watched all the videos of the crazy Darktemplarz dudes.. and oh gee..
