one piece manga

i am having trouble finding good manga titles besides naruto, bleach, and rurouni kenshin. Is the one piece manga better than the show?:huh

The manga is ahead of the anime, if you want to catch up and all. Both the anime and the manga are enjoyable and great, it comes out to be which do you enjoy more; anime or manga?

Because of your join date, I will have to say this: Anything is better than the dub, if you watch it.

Now that that's out of the way, no. With the exception of a few pieces of chapter 1 omitted from the anime, the anime is superior because the music just makes it all worthwhile. But that's my opinion. Like Hokage Naruto said, it's what you prefer.

IMO, I like the manga better. I dunno why, but I perfer reading threw it rather than watching it. However, in some places (like major fight scenes or backstories) I like watching the show also.

i actually like the anime better, i think it protrays scenarios in a funnier and more understandable way. but the manga is hellaa good, the one manga i long for every week

Well I really don't think the anime can compare to the manga. Even throwing aside all the fillers (which aren't so great and I suppose the amount of fillers it has should be expected), the anime isn't as good as the manga.

But I suppose it's simply a matter of preference.

i think the anime is better. it transmits all the greatness that is one piece, it doesn't change practily anything from the manga, and the excellent music just provides a whole new experience. but of course the manga is still spectacular :)

Like both the manga and anime but the anime brings it to life and shows it much better so ima go with anime.
