Okay.

Well I seem to remember the most impressive thing manga Tetsuo did was blow a large hole in the moon, so I think Superman could take him, as long as he finished him before his powers developed like Akira's.

Tetsuo is pretty strong, considering he blows up a guys head without even moving.

Yeah, but Superman has dealt with telekinetic people before, like Manchester Black.

Could Superman get past him? I mean, Tetsuo could just send a wave of telekenetic energy at Superman, continuesly.

Tetsuo's powers grow continuosly. This is post-pill ingested/pre-loss of arm Tetsuo, so his powers aren't completely out of control yet. If he could keep away from Superman for a certain amount of time, he could actually start mutating into the blob Tetsuo, meaning he would probably kill himself and take Supes with him, in the process.
