Gomu gomu no pistol is when Luffy throws back his fist and uses the force of it returning to punch.

Gomu gomu no rifle is the same as pistol but he twists his arm to send the opponent spinning.

Gomu gomu no Bazooka is a two handed pistal only with his palms out.

If Luffy did a two handed version of Gomu gomu no rifle what do you think it would be called?

Bullet is a finger, Pistol is a hand.

Hmm, shotgun would actually be reasonable. He changes from pistol to rifle because a rifle's barrel does have things on the inside that makes the bullet spin as it is being fired. So, since he's doing double, a shotgun would be a good name.
As for the bullet and pistol thing, from what I remember, I think that bullet is actually a pointblank thing. Pulls back and slams it into someone right in front of him, while Pistol is for people farther away(it stretches forward instead of just stopping).
