Kite from the .Hack saga vs. Neo the one" the savior of Zion and pretty much god of the Matrix.Between these 2 who would win?There in the Matrix, Kite is able to utilize the same amount of power's as Neo,and has his weapon(s) and can use Data drain. Who'd win?

My choice,is Kite,since he can reduce him,to a smaller more degenerate form,then his original form in the Matrix,and put him in a coma in the real world.

From what I've seen of .HACK I don't think Kite is fast enough to take out Neo.
