Ace is a logia user right
As we have seen with others Croc is capable of turing his whole body into sand
Enel has the same ability with electricity.
Smoker the same with smoke
my question can Ace do the same with fire ??? Or am I thinking to far ahead ??

in fact, we alreqady saw it. when he was fighting smoker, tthey enventually just became a big ball of fire and smoke and were floating in the sky. oO;

Logia user are able to create/become/control the elements they have.. that's what differs them from paramecia..
ace's is logia bcoz he can become/create/control
luffy's a paramecia bcoz he can only become/control rubber
mr.3's a paramecia bcoz he can only control/create candle

Luffy can't really control rubber, he can only manipulate his body.
And wouldn't Mr. 3 be considered Logia? I've seen his hand melt into candle wax a number of times when they where fighting on Little Garden.

Is wax really considered an element? Thats what I thought logia referred to, elements. Although Mr. 3 was able to secrete wax he can't become invincible by turning his whole body into a candle. That is what seperates them imo.

Isn't it Logia, Paramecia, Zoan? It really comes down to how you use your powers and your control over them though.

You can't really rate them, people would say Logia is the strongest and it does have alot of advantages, but just look at Enel and Luffy. Enel was only able to escape because of mantra. Generally I would say Logia strongest, followed by Paramecia and then Zoan, but ya...
Logia seems to be the strongest as you can see from the character
Ace/Smoker/Croc/Enel
but then again Luffy seems to defie this somewhat as hes already defeated Croc and Enel.
Ace being a brother and all he cant really fight and he runs away from Smoker

that can be consider as controlling... control is just a general idea of it..

No.. Mr.3 is not Logia.. he doesn't become candle.. he controls it..
Each type of Devil Fruit has their own advantages and specialty I guess.. but the most wide ranging ones is Paramecia.. this devil fruit can be upgraded and such.. like Luffy's Gear 2 (what we belief as vulcanisation of rubber) and there could be a lot of improvement in the skills depending on the creativity of the user I guess..
while Logia is the most straight forward one.. the difference between each moves was based on Intensity of the emittance of a certain element or the manipulation of the element like Croc sucking water...
while Zoan is the one that needs you to train to use it..

Become an element
Control an element
create an element
Have to do all 3.
if mr. 3 could become wax when hit he would be a logia.
Ace is not weak and yes he can become all fire.
Logia users are broken.

logia isn't necessarily the strongest, but it is extremely hard to get a hit on them since they can just change into the element. zoan is almost definitely the hardest to use, but they hav the capability to become pretty dang strong too. paramecia is cool, and probably the most versatile. logia is stuck with the one element, and can only vary intensity, while zoan only has a set number of forms, and then you hafta train w/ those forms. paramecia, you hav a lot more room to get creative, i think.

not only do you get the ability to get immune to all physical attacks you can create unlimited amounts of something.
They are definitely the strongest class of fruits

Crocodile got beaten by some stupid weakness (couldn't turn to sand when wet... so basically he only got beaten because his power got turned off)
and our lightning god didn't even get beaten... he just flew away:nod
though the "real elemental" (like ice, fire, lightning) logia seem to be stronger than some material logia (like sand, smoke)

It is clearly the strongest kind of fruit, but that doesn't mean it's used by the strongest users, Luffy is an example, he has improved his fruit a lot, but logia fruits are generally more powerful, you should be able to see that.

Unlike the example of the Smoker/Ace "fight" *coughtotalfillercoughcough* we did actually see bullets go right through Ace in his mini-arc in the manga.

I find it hard to believe that was filler.
I mean, it showed that Ace knows stuff, like how smoke contains a lot of Oxygen, and therefore is able to ignite flames easily.

In the manga, Ace just totally owns Smoker, because his fruit is a higher level of the same element, essentially. He cancels out Smoker's powers.
"If you're smoke, I'm fire."what happens in ace mini arc btw?He's looking for Blackbeard when he meets a little girl. She asks him to do her a favour and deliver a letter to the nearby marine base. Ace sneaks in there, but when a scout ship catches on fire, Ace jumps in there and rescues the people onboard, revealing his identity. The marines shoot at him as he runs away, and the bullets go right through him just like they did through Eneru.
