Cry? Never. Although Robin and Chopper's flashbacks were very emotional.
Not even after the luffy vs usopp fight? Usopp's pathetic behaviour made me want to puke, instead of cry.

Have any of you ever shed a tear in a scene or episode??
I have never burst into tears.. but just got teary eyes and goosebumps rised all over ^^..
- the scene where Nami asked Luffy for help in Arlong Park
- the scene where Dr. Hiluluk was dying in Wapol's castle
- when Vivi left the crew and the crew raised their hands
- when Luffy rang the bell while defeating Enel
- this one is a spoiler for animewatcher
where Robin waas finally persuaded to stay with the crew and said she'll travel the seas with the SH

I admit, I can get emotional at times and I get teary eyed if the situation is tear inducing.
Baratie Arc:
- Zeff gave all his food to Sanji when they were deserted on the Island
- Sanji's goodbye to Baratie
The whole Arlong Park was very emotional rollercoaster, my sis was bawling her eyes out XD, The things that really stood out as very emotional to me were
- Bellmere's death
- Nami asking Luffy to save her and Luffy putting his straw hat on her head, and as he was walking down the street Zoro, Sanji and Usopp were all waiting.
- Luffy destroying all the maps Nami made
- Luffy shouting "You are my nakama"
For the Tony Tony Chopper Arc in Drum Island
- Hiluluk kicking out Chopper
- knowing what Chopper gave Hiluluk was poison and he still drank it.
- the cherry blossom tree in the end
nothing in the Alabasta arc really stood out to me except Vivi saying good bye.
Enies Lobby arc:
- Robin cleaning the house crying
- Robin crying and asking if Olivia was her mommy
- the part where Luffy asks her if she wants to live.

I got no problem saying I cried like a baby many times while watching this show. That's really the main reason why I love it so much now.
Nami
Anyway, I cried continously and was in a heep during nami's backstory. My eyes were bloodshot red. When Little Nami's was screaming out for her mom, I couldn't stand it. It was to much. Then when little Nami returned and eventually when she was at Bellmere's gravestone saying she would take the burden all by herself... I could have used a whole kleneex box. Plus when Nami's villagers stood up for her. Wow! Seriously, every single thing about Nami during Arlong park made me cry. Seriously. I was in tears.
Ussop
Another time I was broken out in tears outright was earlier in the manga... Ussop. Him and his wish to be a true warrior of the sea. Dammit I couldn't help myself again. I am a wuss. Ussop being betrayed and still going so far.. :cry Even the filler with him and Big daddy had me in tears.
Chopper
Don't even get me started on the drum island arc I just finished. :nod Choppperrr! :cry At first I was thinking, meh, this story isn't so sad. But then when then 85 came and it was the full on flashback, and Chopper was shown maturing and H's dream of wanting to make the island blossom was destroyed , again I was in completle tears.
1st- was when Hialuk was shooting at chooper I was like screaming, YOU BASTARD! while crying
2nd- when Chopper fought so hard to get the mushroom, and then when he brought it back, and Hiauck was hugging him
3rd- When you found out the mushroom was poison and Doctrine went to see Chopper and he was screaming YOU ARE A LIAR and crying. Dammit! To much again.
4th- When Hialuck went up to the mountain and collapsed, thankful no one was sick and there was all these cutbacks of chopper running to save him and then Dalton-an crying as well.
5th - This was The second worse cry ever, this was when Chopper went crazy and his eyes were blood red and he was charging but Dalton-san stopped him and told him those great sentences and was crying.
6th- When Chopper was like, that flag ain't coming down, and Luffy was standign there on top and Chopper was like... :cry
7th- The last part where chopper is crying outright at the end of the arc.
-Just one more I got to mention. Mostly because I'm not sure many people will: The Coby story. This had me pretty teared up during certain parts.
There are other times where i also got pretty teary eyed, but wasn't in a full out cry. I would list them, but frankly, there probably like a dozen or so, and to list them all would be tedious.
Never shed a tear, but I guess I kinda felt sad when:
The whole Choppa&Hiluluk thing, and...
When Luffy fought Arlong.

I remember shedding a tear while watching Nami's horrible childhood days.
>>
those damn shark-ish pirates...
I've never actually shed any tears but there are a lot of moments that send shivers down my spine :)
The Arlong - Nmai convo where she asks for help during the Arlong arc
When Luffy defeats Arlong and tells Nami shes his comrade
Then hand raiseing scene with Vivi and the main theme kicks in
The end of the Croc fight loved it
Where Luffy defeats Bellemy with one punch
The end of the Zoro and Mihawk battle to name but a few
My favorite the docs speach forgot his name just before his death.

ALMOST, when the infamous Luffy vs. Usopp battle occured, and like from a book of sorts with memoirs, their experiences came flashing.
Also Nami's past, that was a tad bit sad.. Genzo made it neat, though.

I've never cried during the series, but my heartstrings have been tugged by quite a few moments.
-Nami's flashback, when Bellemere refused to say that she wasn't a mother.
-Chopper's flashback, with the poison mushroom and Hiluluk...
-Cutty Flam's last monologue before being train'd.
-Luffy and Usopp gave me chills, shivers and sweats.

Bellemere's death
when Luffy destroyed the map room and Nami said "thank you Luffy"
and of course as i just saw, when he rung the bell. I knew i was gonna get emotional on this part cuz of what Norland did for the Shandians, and he was accused of lying and was killed for no reason. and of course the promise that Calgara made with Norland.
I love this anime.

Chopper's story was so sad...especially when they showed Hiluluk's final momments.
Zoro's flashback was also sad...with Kuina dying and stuff. But it was also shocking for me 'cause the first time I saw that episode was dubbed and they changed it around so instead of Kuina dying she got beat up by someone she beat in sparring and couldn't ever practice swordsmanship again>.<
I haven't gotten up to Robin's backstory yet, but from what I've heard it's supposed to be the saddest...

i got a lot of tingles down my spine through this. some really really good scenes that i love.
1. in the anime, nami asking luffy for help, his response, and then suddenly it zooms out and bang there's zoro, sanji and usopp all serious. and then when they're walking towards arlong park, and johnny and yosaku are talking about how they were going to change the future.
2. the scene with the whale, and luffy promising to return.
3. chopper's flashbacks, and then the farewells when he leaves.
4. mr. 2 bon clay's parting words with the straw hat crew when he goes off to distract the marines to let them get away.
5. vivi's farewell with luffy's crew, and them raising their left arms as they left.
6. luffy smashing bellamy into the ground.
7. when luffy rings the bell when fighting enel.
8. when luffy refused to lose to foxy for the sake of his nakama.
9. usopp telling nami he's sorry about losing the money, and then him trying to go retrieve it.
10. the VERY end of chapter 329, when they find ussop unconscious on the ground, and then we see the four of them marching towards the franky house. "Wait here a little bit, Usopp."
11. chapter 330. luffy, zoro, sanji and chopper marching on the franky house. just the grimness that all of the straw hats have, and how they completely obliterate the frankies.
http://img235.imageshack.us/img235/7723/frankyhousepulverized4xd.png
12. luffy vs. usopp. =( so many happy memories in such a sad setting =(
13. luffy telling robin to come back. "I don't care whether you choose to live or die! But whatever you decide, say it while you're with us! Now, leave everything to us!" and then the assembly of the straw hat pirates on the roof at enies lobby.
http://img222.imageshack.us/img222/3665/enieslobbystrawhatcrew1jm.jpg
14. robin remembering saul's words and saying she wants to live. "The ocean is vast, but I swear that you'll find the nakama that will always protect you!"
wow. thats... a lot of scenes. but they're all so great =) and i'm sure i missed a ton of scenes. but this is just a few =)

I can't really cry. There are only a very, very few things that can make me, and that's only because they specifically trigger my issues (for example: Luck of the Fryrish targets my brother issues and will always make me cry). But One Piece makes me wish I could cry, on a regular basis.

I am up to ep 90(Chopper just joined)
So here goes were I cried:
Zoro's past, not so much when Kuina dies, but when he asks the sensei for kuina's sword and starts bawling after he got it, I cried
Sanji's past, when Sanji finds out that Zeff had given all his food to Sanji, shed a tear
More Sanji, when he was about to leave and then bowed down and said something along the lines of:
"I will never forget what you have done for me old man!!!"
And then seeing all the cooks and Patti and Carne crying, I cried.
Nami's past, oh boy her life was ROUGH, during the whole flashbacks i got a big lump in my troath, the tears started to flow when she was stabbing herself and screaming ARLONG!, then luffy stopped her and at first she wanted to push him away....then...she turns her head with them big tears in her eyes.
"Luffy....Help me..."
I swear I couldnt fight it, I started crying, especially when Luffy just reacted by putting his straw hat on her head...
Also the part were she says:
"Luffy....Arigatou" when he destroys her room.
And when Luffy stood uo from the rubbles of arlong park and yelled:
"NAMI!!!!!! YOU ARE MY NAKAMA!!!!!!!"
Cried on all those parts.
And chopper was kinda sad aswell, didnt really cry there tho, well i did shed a tear when hiluluk said: This has truly been a wonderfull life, and blows himself up.
Then seeing chopper going mental i was more like: "HOLY FUCK"
I heared from a guy I know that Robins past is much more worse than anypast till now, and if I cried at nami, I should buy a box of Kleenex...

The flashbacks with Calgara and Momblant Norland were sad near the end.
Robin's backstory was just...I can't even describe it how sad it was.
I'm only halfway through the manga, but I've got to say Nami's flashbacks are the most emotional scenes I've read in a manga or seen in any fiction ever. The other stories (which have been shown so far), Sanji's and Chopper's, just ended up boring me. :oh
Seriously. Belle-Mère's/Belmeil's/What have you's execution was horribly sad. I can't say I ended up crying, but I almost did, and that's a lot. :bees

This has already been stated of course, but the scene where Nami is stabbing her tattoo of the Arlong gang and yelling "ARLONG!!!!!" and Luffy stops her and then she says...
"What do you want? You don't know anything. You don't even know what happened here 8 years ago."
"Nope, don't know.
"Didn't I tell you to leave?
Luffy says, "Yep."
"Didn't I tell you this had nothing to do with you? And to get off this island?"
"Yep, you said that."
Then she tells him to leave a bunch of times, and then finally says, "Luffy.... please, help me...."
And he puts his hat on her head. "GOD DAMN RIGHT!"

I think just about every arc has that one moment in it that is really emotional.
The stuff with Luffy and Usop and the Merry was really sad.
The thing I like is all the sad stuff is balanced out with really happy moments, where you almost cry for joy.
Oh I don't know if anyone has mentioned it, but when Luffy rings the bell, I think I shed a tear. That was awesome. When they showed his shadow over Jaya.

I don't really cry, well I shed a tear for Farewell my concubine and I came close with the Last Castle, but OP is stocked full of emotional moments. Nami asking for help is the defining moment of the series for me, followed closely by the Hilliruks death sequence. All the march to war scenes are done with great intensity and drama (arlong park. franky house, roof of the courthouse) and tug at the noble soldier strings I am vulnerable to.
My favorite moment in the entire show though is that single moment where Luffy and Crocodile share a frank word on the cruelty of the world. It seems like such a potent moment of bare truths, and a drive to fight them despite logic and your own personal knowledge telling you that it doesn't work that way.

never cried but got emotional and teary
-nami asking luffy for help and him walking over to the rest of the crew screaming damn right!
-basiclly all of choppers story. that was really emotional. specially when hilluluk died
-vivi crying at shore and all of luffys crew raised their arms and showed their mark. that was probably the closest i've gotten to cry in any anime so far
-ossop and luffy arguing and sanji kicking luffy when he was about to tell ussop to leave the crew.
-alot of robins flashbacks. specially when she was asking olivia if she was her mom and olivia just kept walking. and when she hugged robin saying something like: this is how it should be.
-oh and norland calgara flashbacks.
one piece is by far the most emotional show i've seen. and im not the one to get teary real easy

A LOT of scenes in One Piece are very emotional, such as :
Everyone's flashback
Luffy & Usopp fight
Calgara/Norland's flashback
Et cetera, et cetera, blah blah blah
But, none of the scenes have ever really made me cry. Chopper's flashback made me teary-eyed, though. D:
Luffy vs. Ussopp made me feel sad.

Nami:
- when she asked Luffy for help
- flashback
Robin:
- tragedy at Ohara
- Saulo's death
- when she realised Olvia was her mom
- when Saulo destroyed Buster Call ships to protect her
- at Enies Lobby, when she said: ''I want to die here and now''
Usopp:
- when Marry's spirit talked to him
- when he fought Franky to protect Marry
Sanji:
- when Zeff lost his leg to save Sanji
Chopper:
- flashback
I had no emotion at all.
Seems like I'm coldblooded and heartless:(

Robin's flashback.
Shanks

Actually pretty often, the flashbacks in animes (especially Naruto and OP, can be so damn touching).
Cried in One Piece
- When Shanks loses his arm and Luffy going all (kedo shanks, UDEGAAAAAA)
- When Zoro as a kid cries over the death of Yuna, saying he'll take on her burden and train until his name is known even in heaven.
- When we get to see why Usopp always caused chaos in the village going around yelling "pirates are coming"
- When Bellemere dies saying "Nami, i love u".
- When Sanji and Zeff were lone survivors on that island and we get to see that Zeff hadn't eaten anything the whole time.
- When Sanji and Zeff takes farewell
IMO the Drum arc is the most emotional one:
- When Chopper get's kicked out by hiluluk
- When Dalton "saves" Chopper's life saying "don't make another sacrifice for this island"
- When Dalton cries due to what hiluluk said about the country being sick
- When Doctorine says "can you heal the wound in his heart" and we get to see some of his past.
- BUT MOST of all in the entire OP series when Luffy climbed the mountain, saying "Save my nakama"
- Robin cleaning the house while crying
- Almost as much as when Luffy climbed the mountain was when Robin encountered her mom saying "are you really not my mom? you probably don't recognize me, i'm Robin, i've grown a lot since you left and-so-on".
Well that's all i remembered just now anyways.

Pretty much anything to do with Going Merry.
I think's that's all. >_>

Goodbye to Merry was perhaps the most emotional part of One Piece. No other part of OP matches that.
It still makes me want to sniffle.

When Shanks saved Luffy at the cost of his arm.
Arlong Park arc.
Chopper's back story.
Sanji's backstory with Zeff.

I didn't cry nor get teary-eyed, but i did get rather emotional on some scenes. Here are some quotes from those scenes (I'll put it in English since some might not know jap):
"Luffy.. Save me!"
"My name will reach the heavens!"
"Mum, Dad is coming; don't die!" "Pirates are coming!"
*no words here, but everyone raises their hands to show a cross mark on their arms*
" When do people die? When they're shot? Poisoned? Blown up? No... It is when they are forgotten!"
"What a wonderful life it has been!"
*no words here, but Chopper watches in tears as the sky fills up with Sakura
" I want to live!"
And the one which got me the most emotional (a little more than Chopper's story and the lining up of Luffy's crew to save Robin):
"Dereshishishi (dereshishishi)... Dereshishishi (dereshishishi)... "
EDIT: I almost forgot one more:
"But Shanks.. your arm!"
Yes Every scene after Ussop left the crew every scene every scene ussop is on seens then...
Yes i know i cried alot T_T.....

Never cry, just get very emotional.
1. Arlong Park in general was an excellent one. Flashing backs, Nami stabbing herself repeatedly, and Luffy yelling "Nami, you are my nakama!!!"
2. Drum Island's flash backs with Dr. Hiluluk and Chopper were completely excellent. They definately made the arc spectacular.
3. Arabasta had several scenes, including when Luffy sat down and quit and had a mini-fight with Vivi. Then Vivi desperately yelled into the enormous war to no effect. Episode 126 when Crocodile got his ass kicked through layers of bedrock while flying to the epic music sent goosebumps down my spine. Way to go Luffy.

"What a wonderful life it has been!"
I have a lump in my throat just reading that.
I'm sure I'm forgetting some things, but I got teary-eyed during:
Robin's flashback
Robin shouting "I want to live!"
Nami's flashback
The end of the Arlong Park arc
Vivi's farewell
Chopper's flashback
Luffy and Usopp's fight
The death of the Going Merry
Calgara/Norland flashback

"We're the ones that should be sorry, Merry!"
^That really got to me. Plus, I was listening to OP music at that point.

Everything about the Merry's demise would get you emotional, I wont get no tears but it was pretty sad watching/reading it. What makes One Piece so great above Naruto and Bleach is they know how to mix in Comedy, Drama, and Action altogether, while the others tried and failed to do it.

Nico Robin has the worst fucking past ever. I shed a tear, and especially her "Ereshishishi" at the end, after the person who laughed like that was just killed. Very Emotional.

1. Zoro's bawling his eyes out when talking to Kuina's dad after her death.
2. Pictures from the latest chapter (particularly the last panel with Ace's hat sitting all alone.
