We start with the first and short lived villain
Captain Alvida

Alvida was the first villain introduced to Luffy at the start of his Jouney's. She was a extremely ugly and obese pirate who ran the Alvida pirates. She thought she was the most beautiful lady in all of the 4 Seas and if anyone disagree's they would get a smack in the face from her famous Iron mace.

She gets into a confrontation with Luffy after he befreinds Alida's cabin boy Koby who was kidnapped and forced to work under her watch. Luffy easily defeats her as her Iron mace proves ineffective against Luffy who is of course made from rubber.
Further a long in the anime she returns a whole new women after eating the "Sube Sube fruit" the slip slip fruit the after effects of this caused a startling change in Alvida turning her into a skinny and sexy woman she of course notices no adverse changes. The devils fruit power makes most attacks useless as they just slip off her body. Alvida returns in Roguetown and appears to have made a alliance with Captain Buggy where she almost succesfully succeeds in killing Luffy only for the msterious Dragon to interfere and save Luffy.
After a fortunate escape from Smoker's grasp in Roguetown both Alvida and Buggy are currently sailing the Grand line in search of Luffy for there revenge.
She currently has a bounty of 5 million belli
She is around 30 to 35 years old
When she takes off her sandels she is capble of sliding on the ground surface
Phiscal attacks and thrown objects just simply slip of her body
She also has her Iron mace for close encounters.

Axe-Hand Morgen

Morgan is the second villain we are introduced to called "Ax-Hand" as he literally has a Axe for a hand. Morgan was a marine captain who was in charge of a small marine base in Shell town. Instead of watching over the town Morgan abused his rank and spread fear through out the town rasing taxes and to any who questioned him he would have no quarry with executing them including his own men. He had one son called Hemeppo who used his fathers fear to get what he wanted from the town. He got into a fight with Luffy who was in Shell town to help Kobi join the marines and to recruit future crew member Zoro , after Luffy accidentally broke his staure in honour of Morgen.
Morgen went out of his way to confront Luffy but was totally outclassed and was beaten without landing a single blow to Luffy. He was taken out bye Zoro after trying to hit Luffy in the back after Luffy was distracted bye Hemeppo taking Kobi hostage.

Oda released a Q&A page that gave a few details away from Morgan's past it was revealed that Morgan was a surviver of a navy ship attacked bye captian Kuro which left him with his broken jaw. He was then hypnotized by Django into believing that he had captured Kuro which was in fact a lie. Morgan was stripped of his Marine rank and put to jail where he later escaped using his own son as a hostage. Helmeppo completely dis-owns him after leaving Morgan to drift the ocean alone.
Morgen possessed great physical strength
He had enough power to split a steel fence with one swing of his axe
Oda has said that Morgen was based on a real life pirate who some belive to be Henry Morgan

Captain Buggy

Captain Buggy the clown pirate is someone you really cant miss in a crowd. With his face pain and his large red nose which is in fact his real nose. He is very touchy about going through the trouble of destroying a whole town when a couple of kids made fun out of him.
Unlike a few villains Buggy's past is somewhat revealed he was once a pirate along with Shanks who he constantly bickered with. He holds a grudge against Shanks as on a recent raid Buggy held a map to a secret treasure in the ocean and also a devils fruit. When he learnt of the fruit's value he replaced it with a fake and ate the fake to conceal his plans from the crew. A little later Buggy was making his plans but was suprised bye Shanks he hid the real fruit in his mouth but was once more suprised bye Shanks and thus swollwed the devils fruit losing the ability to swim and thus losing the treasure.
In present day Buggy was terrorising a town named port town taking out the towns buildings with his cannonballs which he named "Buggy balls". He shot down a seagull which was attemtping to eat Luffy after he was double crossed bye Nami who had stole a great deal of treasure from him. He set about killing them both he had a biref skirmish with Zoro and suprised Zoro with the power of the Bara Bara fruit which enabled him to escape death after what seemed like a life ending blow from Zoro. The strawhats escaped only for Luffy to return with the intention of defeating Buggy for the destruction of the town. Buggy was eventaully taken down after Nami had tied up his body parts enabling Luffy to send him flying.
He was Breifly without his body parts and found himself on Gaimon's island during his escape he was attacked bye a gaint crab but was saved bye a women which turned out to be Alvida. The two pirates found Buggy's crew and saved them from a tribe of canibils and resumed there effort for revenge on Luffy. The found him in Rouge town and Buggy almost executed Luffy but was denied bye a mixture of the marines and some strange weather.

Buggy ate the Bara Bara fruit " Chop Chop fruit"
It allows him to disasemble his body into multiple pieces
He can control these body parts indepently
The body parts also have the capabilty of flight

Captain Kuro

Kuro is the captain of the band of pirates known as the Black Cat Pirates. He also was known bye many as Kuro of the Thousand Plans for his plans that never failed. Kuro set up an elaborate plan in small village where he quit being a pirate he saw a chance for both wealth and to be free from pursuit. He took on the name of Klahadore and killed the wealthy parents of Kaya he then in turn became the servent of Kaya in order to put his plan in motion.
3 years on he put his plan into action , he contacted his old first mate Django and ordered his pirate crew to lay siege to the village and force Kaya to sign a will leaving everything to Kuro and then to finally kill Kaya.

His plans went up in smoke when Luffy and Usopp over hear him disscussing his plans with his first mate a mass brawl ensure's involving Kuro and his crew and all the current members of the strawhats. After Luffy had some trouble with Kura and his special attack "sakushi" he finally manges to put down Kuro using his Gomu Gomu no Bell attack. After his defeat Kuro returns to his old crew as a pirate once more he is seen breifly when Luffy recives his 30 million belli bounty. It unkown what the seas have in store for Kuro.
Captain Kuro uses weapons called cat claw's. Gloves with full-length sword blade's at the end of each finger
He uses stealth foot a extremely fast technique to start attacks and for defense
When he uses sakushi he is going so fast that he cant tell if hes attacking friend or foe he had killed members of his own crew useing this.
He faked his own death in a battle with the marines which led to Morgan's promotion.
He has a bounty of 16 million belli's

Don Krieg

Don Krieg has the most powerfull fleet of pirates in the east blue sea totaling over 50 ships and over 5,000 pirates. Because of the size of his fleet he was understood to be the biggest danger to all of east blue. Krieg was well known for underhanded tactics when first starting out on his life as a pirate he stole a marine ship and under the guise of the marine flag aproched unsuspecting villages to raid and plunder. The sheer size of his armarda gave him the title of "Pirate Admiral Don Krieg".
Krieg has a past history of sailing the grand line and with his massive fleet he was hoping to find One Piece. However on his seventh day there his entire fleet were completely destroyed bye "Mihawk" one of the Seven Warlords of the Sea. With his last surviving ship Kreig made the return to east blue. This is where we pick up on his current story. Krieg learnt of the ship the Baratie a floating restrurant owned bye former famous prite Zeff. Kreig decided to take the Baratie as he thought it to be the perfect guise to set sail for the grand line once more as no one would expect it to be full of pirates. Unfortunately for Krieg he arrived at the same time as Luffy did. Just to prove that lady luck was not shining upoon him it was revealved that Mihawk had followed them from the grand line. Mihawk quickly dispossed of Kriegs remaining ships and was about to enter battle with Krieg himself. He however was interupted bye Zoro who had his own issues with Mihawk. Once Mihawk had defeated Zoro he relented to chase after Krieg claiming he had enough fun for one day. This left Krieg to battle Luffy. Luffy owed Zeff a favour and made a deal with Zeff that if he could defeat Krieg then Zeff would forget about Luffy having to work at his resturant to pay for the damge he caused.
After a hugh battle which involved massive amounts of weapons on Kriegs part he eventually fell after Luffy's persistence payed off. Even with this loss, he subconsciously wouldn't give up and it took his whole crew and a final punch in the gut from his first mate to finally drop him.
Krieg is a massive imposing figure with immense strength.
Krieg wears a gilded suit of steel armour that is filled with hidden weapons
Included in his arsenal are the MH5 a built-in weapon in his shield that shoots off poison-gas bombs
a cape covered in spikes
a giant battle spear that explodes with every swing
Krieg has a bounty of 17 million belli's

Arlong

Arlong was a feared and ruthless pirate. He was once part of the of the fish-man pirates where he was the first mate. When his captain Jimbei joined the seven warlords of the sea (Shichibukai) Arlong assumed control and renamed them the Arlong pirates and left the Grand Line for east blue for easier targets. Arlong chose one of the larger island's in east blue to set up base which would them become the famed Arlong park. When Arlong and his crew (consisting of Hachi, Chuu, and Kuroobi), first arrived on the island the first village they encountered was Cocoyashi Village which was the home of straw-hate member Nami. He ordered each resident of the village to pay (adult) 100 thousand Berries and children 50 thousand Berries. Bellemere , Nami's adopted mother only had 100 thousand Berries so she paid for both her daughters and sacrificed herself. Arlong ruthlessly killed her and kidnapped Nami and forced her to become part of his crew when he saw her talent in map making.
He told Nami that if she could find 100 million Berries he would free the villages and the captives this later proved to be a lie. Years later Nami succeeded in gathering the money including some of which she stole from Luffy but Arlong had arranged for a corrupt marine captian to confiscate the money thus forcing Nami to be kept under his control. Luffy who had followed Nami after she stole both money and his ship learnt of her tragic past and regrouped his men to go into a epic battle with Arlong and his crew. The battle between the Straw-hat pirates and the Arlong pirates was epic in scale with the Straw-hats coming out on top all in close battles untill only Luffy and Arlong were left standing.
They seem equal at first each testing the other out but in the long run Arlong gets the better hand using the water to his advantage and showing his speed. The battle moves to the top tier of Arlong park where Arlong starts to sttack with a gigantic sword then end up in a room on the top floor which would be the final ending of the battle. Once Luffy realised that this certain room was where Arlong forced Nami into years of slavetudemaking maps for him he snapped. He started bye destroying the room not wanting any painfull memories to remain. He launches into a full power Gomu Gomu no Ono (axe kick) and smashes Arlong through the floor all the way to the bottom of Arlong park. The force of the attack even collaspes Arlong park bring the building down on bother fighters. When the dust settles Luffy is the one left standing while Arlong lies utterly defeated.
Arlong is a merman which he calls the evolution of humans they have increased strength and speed. Arlongs strength is shown when he lifts a house in his rage
His nose can also be used as a weapon at over a foot long and lined with razor-sharp points and strong enough to take on Zoro
He also can remove his teeth for use as weapons he grows another set pretty much staright away.
Being a mer-man Arlongs strength increases 10 fold while in the water.
Arlongs bounty is 20 million Berri
Wapol

Wapol or king Wapol as he likes to be known as was the former ruler of the Drum kingdom. He was originally a prince who lived under hus father's rule who was a beloved king to the people of Drum. When the king died Wapol took his place but was anything like his father instead he was spoiled and corrupt. Proir to Wapol's rule Drum kingdom was famous for having the most skilled docters in the Grand line. Wapol exiled all but 22 docters which he foced them into his own personal care. This was a scheme to force the people of Drum to come to him and beg for help due to illness.
Two docters managed to esacpe Wapol's grasp these being Hiliruk and Kureha. Wapol himself had a grudge against Hiliruk who he calimed was a false docter. He set out a plan to kill him when he sent out the message proclaiming that all 22 docters were sick. Hiliruk went to the aid of the docters only to find out it was a trap set bye Wapol to finally capture and kill Hiliruk. Rather than die at the hands of Wapol Hiliruk drank a potion that exploded him but not before delivering a speach that would inspire Dalton (head of the guard) to rebel against Wapol.
Wapol continued his tyranny over Drum kingdom untill the powerfull pirate known as Blackbeard ravaged the entire land and forced Wapol into excile. Wapol traveled the sea in a ship with those who remained loyal to the king. At one point he eats the Baku Baku Fruit which gives him the ability to consume anything and reconfigure the items into his body.
After finally manageing to make his way back to his kingdom he runs into the Straw-Hats who are visting searching for a docter for there crew. Wapol wastes no time in trying to reclaim his kingdom but runs into several oppenents. One being his former head guard Dalton. Once he takes care of Dalton he sets about reclaiming his castle in which docter Kureha and her subordinate Chopper (future straw-hat crew member) have claimed residence. Wapol and his subordinate's (Chess and Kuromarimo) enter battle with Luffy and chopper. Chopper with the aid of his rumble ball manage to take down Chessmarimo (a fusion of Chess and Kuromarimo caused bye Wapol's devil fruit power). Whilst Luffy manges to exile Wapol once more with a good Bazoka shot.
After Wapol's second exile from his homeland, he wandered around the Grand Line, eating various things. He eventually was able to use his "Baku Baku Factory," power to produce toys. These toys gained the attention of many, and soon Wapol had an industry on his hands. He was last seen a wealthy CEO becoming far more wealthy than he was even as king.
Wapol is not actaully a pirate but a king
He ate the Baku Baku Fruit "chomp chomp fruit"
He is able to digest anything and reconfigue the object into his body.
He even ate himself in order to get out of a tight situation

Sir Crocodile/Mr 0

Crocodile is the major villain from the popular Alabasta arc. He was also repsonable for the event of both Whiskey peak and Little garden's events. He was a former member of the Shichibukai (7 warlords of the sea) as well as the top man of the Baroque Works. Crocodile is bye far one of the strongest villians in the show and the first person to beat Luffy not once but twice. This is mainly down to his devil fruit power ,
He ate the Suna Suna no Mi (sand sand fruit) which is a logia type the said strongest off all the fruits. It grants him
"Allows the user to become, create, and control sand. Sir Crocodile has trained his powers so that he remains sand at all times as well as being able to create massive sandstorms. Lastly, Sir Crocodile is able to drain the moisture out of any object, living or otherwise, with his powers."
Crocodiles history
Years before the events of One Piece Crocodile used his various links within the goverment to secretly establish the Baroque works. His goal was to take over the kingdom of Alabasta. Alabasta was a target for a number of reasons not only was it the richest nation introduced in the series thus far, it had a plethora of natural resources and an easily manipulable populace. Crocodile not only managed to divide the country but he was also thought of as a hero to the populance as he would take out any pirates who would attack the country. The desert nature of Alabasta also granted Crocodile nigh-invincibility. Crocodile also learned from Nico Robin that Pluton a ancient weapon was buried some where in Alabasta.
To preserve his public image and ensure the success of his intrigue, Crocodile adopted the alias Mr. 0 (in accordinance with the Baroque Works codename policy), and issued all orders through his Vice-President, Miss All-Sunday (Robin). Due to Crocodile not being trusting of anyone the only Barouque works members awear of his identity were Robin , Miss Wednesday and mr 8. Crocodile is most well known for his sadism, impatience, apathy, and opportunism. Although quite reserved, Crocodile is quick to painfully punish anyone who fails him, even his own officer agents.
Abilities
Crocodile has full mastery over his devil fruit power. He is able to create weapons from his sand bye increasing the density of the sand. He also possess the ability to abosrb liquid through his right hand causinf severe dehydration and in some cases death. On his left hand he has a golden hook. This can be removed to show a second hook covered in lethal Scorpian poisen capable of killing in mere minutes. If this second hook is somehow broken he still has a knife to lie back upon.
Despite his mastery he does have 1 weakness if his body is covered in any form of liquid he is unable to turn to sand and can be harmed by physical blows. Luffy used this to his advantage to finally defeat him in his 3rd battle bye useing his own blood to stop Crocodile turn to sand and in his final battle managed to punch Crododile through several layers of bedrock and thus freeing Alabasta.
Where is Crocodile now
Following his defeat to Luffy He was taken bye Smoker and was stripped of his Shichibukai status and had his previous bounty re-instated. Though Miss Goldenweek breaks him and other Baroque Works members out of prison, he and Mr. 1 decide to stay behind he was then along with other members of Barouque works was transported to the Marine prison Impel Down. Currentely inprisioned in a cage of seastone its thought bye many that he is staying in jail bye his own will after refusing rescue.
Crocodile's old bounty was 81 million belli it was speculated though if his plans were known of it would at least double that figure.
Most of his attacks are in French , Spanish or Italian
Many of One Piece's primary villains were given distinct laughs. Crocodile follows in this tradition with a staccato, monotone laugh.

Mr. 1

Mr. 1 is the most powerful member of the Baroque Works organization next to Mr. 0, a.k.a Mr. Crocodile. His real name is Das Bones or Dazu Bōnesu and he ate the Supa Supa no Mi also known as the "Dice Dice Fruit." Mr. 1 was once an infamous assassin in West Blue and was thought to have been killed by Pirate Hunter Zoro, but was clearly still alive at that time. His partner is Ms. Doublefinger who also ate a Devil's fruit. See below for more info on Ms. Doublefinger.

After the Mugiwara Pirates defeated the remaining members of the Baroque Works in the Arabasta arc, Mr. 1 was still seen alive with Crocodile and Mr. 4 captured in a cell (This is in a mini-arc featuring the Baroque Works).
Mr. 1's ability is to make any part of his body into powerful steel blades.
He can also make his body's composition fully into steel.
Many swordsman that tried to fight Mr. 1 had been killed except one swordsman, Zoro, who was able to defeat him.
Ms. Doublefinger

Ms. Doublefinger, who is the partner of Mr.1, first appeared to be as Paula, owner of the Spider Cafe. She is able to create thorns out of her body, which can be deadly if one fights her too closely. Nami was Ms. Doublefinger's opponent and Nami had difficulty trying to fight her. Miss Doublefinger was finally defeated by Nami when she was blasted into a wall by Nami's clima-tact "Tornado Tempo" attack. Later on, Ms. Doublefinger had escaped out of jail and started a new Spiders Cafe with the others.
Ms. Doublefinger ate the Toge Toge no Mi (toge meaning thorn).
She has good agility and is capable of growing thorns out of her body.
Her attacks are mainly just physical attacks using her spiked body.

Mr. 2 aka Bon Clay

Mr. 2 Bon Clay also known as Mr. 2 Bon Kurei is an "okama" (a Japanese slang term for homosexual). He enjoys singing and dancing since he loves ballet. He is very tall, which plays a role in his particular style of fighting, and calls his fighting style Ballet Kenpo in anime, but in manga it is called "Okama Kenpo."

Bon Clay first meets the Straw Hats when Luffy and the gang were taking Princess Vivi back to Arabasta. Mr. 2 becomes friendly with them, but was forced to fight them since they were Crocodile's enemies. Bon Clay fought Sanji iin the capital Alubarna. Although Bon Clay gave Sanji a hard time fighting by transforming his face into Nami, Bon Clay had to revert back to himself in order to use his "Ballet Kenpo." Mr. 2 also wore iron tipped swans on his shoes, which makes his kicks as strong as a rifle shot. In the end, Sanji was still able to defeat Bon Clay.
When the Straw Hats were leaving Arabasta, Captain Hina and her marines stopped them from escaping the country. Bon Clay wanted to help the Straw Hats despite the fact that they were his enemies before, but he still recognized them as his friends when they met. So Mr. 2 impersonated the Straw Hats and allowed them to escape from the marines. In the manga, Bon Clay had escaped from prison with a 32,000,000 belli bounty and tried to rescue the Baroque Works members from prison.
Bon Clay ate the Mane Mane no mi, which is the Copy Copy fruit.
He can transform any part of his body and copy the voice from someone he had touched before.
Mr. 2 is the only Baroque Works member that does not have a partner.
He fights well with his martial arts style, Ballet Kenpo.

Mr. 3, the witty and clever strategist of Baroque Works, creates plans that are flawless and proves it during the Little Garden arc. He was able to sabotage the sacred battle between two giants, Dorry and Broggy. He also captured Vivi, Nami, and Zoro with a spinning wax cake, which pours down wax on them and turn them into wax statues. Although he was able to succeed in his plan, it backfired and Mr. 3 was defeated.
He does make another appearance during the Arabasta arc when he tells Crocodile that the Straw Hats were still alive. Mr. 3 was punished for failing to get rid of the Straw Hats and so he was food for the banandiles. Still, he survived by creating a wax shield around himself and was in the same situation as the Straw Hats locked in a cage drowning in a room filled with water. Mr. 3 was forced by Sanji to create a key using his Doru Doru power and helped the Straw Hats to escape.
Mr. 3 ate the Doru Doru no mi, which is the Wax Wax fruit.
He is able to create and control wax.
However, he cannot turn into wax since the Doru Doru fruit is not a logia type.
Ms. Goldenweek

Ms. Goldenweek, Mr. 3's partner, can be seen as somewhat of an artist, but iironically, she hates work. She also constantly eats rice crackers. Her ability requires her to use paint to control a person's emotions.
Her only main appearance was seen during the Little Garden arc. While Luffy was trying to rescue his nakama from becoming wax statues, Ms. Goldenweek interfered by painting "color traps" to stop Luffy's actions. Usopp destroys the paint marks on Luffy by shooting an explosive to get rid of Ms. Goldenweek's spells. After Mr. 3 was defeated, she attempted to escape from the Straw Hats, but Karoo, Vivi's pet duck, found her (it is unknown as to what Karoo did to her). Her rice crackers though were then eaten by Luffy, Usopp, and Karoo.
Ms. Goldenweek's attacks
Uragirimono No Kuro (Black - Color of Betrayal): Causes target to do the opposite of what is said.
Warai No Kiiro (Yellow - Color of laughter): Causes target to laugh uncontrollably
Tougyuu No Ata (Red - Color of a Target): Causes target to always attack where the red mark is painted
Kanashimi No Ao (Blue - Color of Sadness): Makes the target to be sad. Not seen.
Nagomi No Midori (Green - Color of soothing) (Blue + Yellow): Causes target to sit down and have a picnic with Ms. Goldenweek
Yellow-Green - Color of Friendship (Green + Yellow): Forces target to be Ms. Goldenweek's friend and help her out

Mr. 4 is the only member that doesn't have a devil fruit ability among the top five members in Baroque Works. In terms of power, he is physically stronger than Mr. 3, but is placed one rank lower because Mr. 3 is smarter than Mr. 4. He has a dog named Lasso, but it was originally a gun that had eaten the Mutt Mutt Devil fruit. His dog shoots baseballs whenever it sneezes and then Mr. 4 would use his 4 ton baseball bat to hit the balls at his opponents. Although he is a strong character, Mr. 4 acts so slow that he needs his partner, Ms. Merry Christmas to handle his thinking....
During the Arabasta arc, Mr. 4's team fought against Chopper and Usopp. Mr. 4 was able to severely injure Usopp with his bat when Ms. Merry Christmas carried Usopp towards Mr. 4. However, when Usopp was being carried again for the second strike, Usopp used his slingshot to create smoke and had Mr. 4 knock out his partner instead. Then Chopper's horns were used as as slingshot and Usopp shot a fast hammer at Mr. 4 to defeat him.
Although this is the last time we can see Mr. 4, he still appears to be working in the new Spiders Cafe in the manga.
Attack List
400 Punk Knock: Mr. 4 makes Lasso shoot a huge amount of exploding baseballs. Then Mr. 4 hits a few of them back at his opponent to have the balls explode him or her (Well, it's seen on Usopp only)

Ms. Merry Christmas, partner of Mr. 4, is completely opposite of Mr. 4. She thinks faster than him and talks very quickly. She ate the Mogu Mogu ni Mi,which is a Zoan type fruit that allows her to change into a mole. As a result, she can dig underground and make surprise attacks against her opponents.
Ms. Merry Christmas also fought against Usopp and Chopper. When she use her attack, Molehill Intersection Number 4, to carry Usopp towards Mr. 4, Usopp blinded her with his Smoke Star. She was carried by Chopper's Horn Point transformation and then Mr. 4 mistakenly thought Ms. Merry Christmas was Usopp and hit her instead.

Mogura Tonpou: Mogugyo (Mole Digging Technique: Mole-Fish): Miss Merry Christmas uses this attack to make tunnels through the ground so easily that she is like a fish swimming through water. She also uses this technique to create the molehills in her and Mr. 4's battle ground, referred to by her as "Molehill 4th Avenue."
Mogura Banana (Mole Banana): Miss Merry Christmas bursts from the ground and slashes her opponent with her banana-sized mole claws.
Mogurazuka Highway (Molehill Highway)/Woodchuck Highway: Miss Merry Christmas reaches up from underground and grabs hold of her opponent's feet. She can then tunnel just under the surface of the ground and drag her captive anywhere she wants.
Mogu Mogu Impact (Mole Mole Impact)/Woodchuck Wallbanger: After using the Mogurazuka Highway technique, Miss Merry Christmas digs under large objects like walls and buildings and cause her captive to be smashed through whatever object she digs under.
Mogurazuka Yonban Kousaten (Molehill Intersection Number 4)/Woodchuck Batter Blaster: This is a combo attack with Mr.4. First Miss Merry Christmas uses her Mogurazuka Highway technique and carries the opponent towards Mr.4. Then Mr.4 would hit the captive with his 4-ton bat to cause major damage to the opponent (in this case, Usopp's skull had barely sruvived from the impact).

His devil fruit ability is Bomu Bomu no mi, which allows him to use any part of his body to explode (mainly he uses his snot :laugh ). He was ordered to eliminate Princess Vivi because Vivi was related to the ruler of Arabasta and Crocodile, Baroque Works' leader, wanted to take over the country. However, Mr. 5 failed to achieve his mission when he accidently got hit by Luffy and Zoro in their "confused" matchup. He also appears in the Little Garden arc with Mr. 3 and Ms. Goldenweek to capture the two giants there. He was defeated by Zoro's Yaki Oni Giri (Burning Demon Slash).

Nose Fancy Cannon / Bomb Bomb Boogie: Mr. 5 picks a booger out of his nose and flicks it at his opponent. The booger creates a huge explosion when it comes on contact with any object.
Nose Fancy Double Cannon: This attack requires TWO boogers to do the Nose Fancy Cannon...
Full-Body Explosion: Mr. 5 grabs his opponent in a bear-hug and explodes his body (without harming himself) to cause massive damage to his opponent.
Breeze Breath Bomb: Mr. 5 blows into the chambers of a revolver pistol and then fires his breath as invisible exploding bullets.

Miss Valentine was defeated by Nami and Vivi during the Little Garden arc.
Attack List
10,000 Kilo Press: Miss Valentine makes herself weigh one kilogram to use her umbrella and float above her opponent. Then, when she's directly over her target, she increases her weight to 10,000 kilograms to crush her opponent flat.
Hissatsu 10,000 Kilo Guillotine (Sure-Killing 10,000 Kilo Guillotine): This attack is similar to the 10,000 Kilo Press. The difference is that she aims for the opponent's head or neck and drops down with one of her legs extended to either crush or cut off the opponent's head.
Crescendo Stone: Miss Valentine sits on her opponent and increases her weight slowly (increases every 100 kilograms) to crush the opponent until he or she cannot endure the pain from Miss Valentine's weight.

Spandam, the weakest member of the Cipher Pol 9, has a douriki level of 9. Although he does not know any Rokushiki moves, he is still respected as the supervisor of the Marines. He is seen wearing a mask to cover up his scarred face due to a certain incident (Cutty Flam/Franky hit him with a rifle because of Spandam's involvement in obtaining the Pluton blueprints). Spandam oftenly acts cowardly and is clumsy too (he spills coffee on himself many times).
He has a sword called "Funk Freed", which had absorbed the Devil Fruit, Zou Zou no Mi (Elephant Elephant Fruit). The fruit enables the sword to turn into an elephant. This particular devil fruit ability has been seen once before in the series, with Mr. 4's dog, Lasso.
Note: I have not read the manga yet so I won't spoil myself with the info on Spandam XD I will edit this when I get to it.

Nero is known as the newest recruit member of CP9. He resembles a weasel (look at his face XD) and first appears during the Water 7 arc when he was also helping to escort Nico Robin to Enies Lobby on the sea train. He has only mastered 4 out of the 6 moves so he is a yonshiki-tsukai (4 power user). The other CP9 members had already mastered the 6 moves and are known as rokushiki-tsukai (6 power user).
Nero tried to prevent Franky from rescuing Nico Robin and fought him on the roof of the sea train. He was carelessly defeated by being locked into Franky's four legs and was punched through the roof by Franky's Ultimate Hammer. Although Nero wanted to have another chance to fight Franky, Lucci told him to capture Franky and not kill him. So then Lucci gave Nero three seconds to escape before he would get rid of him. Nero was unable to escape and had taken five "shigan" so quickly into his back by Lucci. Although Nero was thrown into the ocean, it is still unclear as to whether he is dead or not.
Attacks
- Nero can use soru, geppou, kami-e, and rankyaku.
- Although he has not mastered shigan and tekkai, he replaces shigan with his two pistols and makes up for tekkai by carefully avoiding his enemy's attacks.

Blueno, one of the members of CP9, is first seen as a bartender during Water 7 arc. Although he seems to be friends with Paulie and Franky, he later attacks the Galley-la crew and harms Paulie and Iceburg. As member of CP9, Blueno is also responsible in his mission to retrieve the Pluton blueprints from Iceburg. Some viewers may or may not notice, but Blueno was the one that met Nico Robin early in the Water 7 arc while he was wearing a mask and costume.
Blueno is ranked as 820 douriki, which makes him a superhuman (according to Spandam, 500 douriki or more is considered superhuman). He ate the Doa Doa no Mi (door Door fruit) which allows him to open doors on any surface. He can also create air doors, which allows him to travel in another dimension, and also on people's faces (this can be seen during Luffy vs. Blueno when Blueno caused Luffy's face to spin like a revolving door). His tekkai is one of the most strongest ones in CP9, which had cancelled out attacks by Franky and Luffy. Blueno also used tekkai as an offensive move by strengthening one of his legs to hit Luffy.
In the end of Luffy vs. Blueno fight, Blueno was defeated by Luffy's Gear Second. Although he didn't flinch from Luffy's Jet Bazooka for a few seconds, his will to fight ceased and had collapsed (if he had continued fighting, Luffy would have gone to Gear 3!). Lucci said that Blueno must have weakened while he was a bartender, but nobody knows for certain...
Attack List:
- Blueno is able to use the Rokushiki attacks (tekkai, geppou, rankyaku, shigan, soru).
- Doa Doa: Blueno can create a door on any surface.
- Air Door : This allows Blueno to create doors in the air itself. By using this, he is able to travel in another dimension (seatrain incident) and also escape from the real world while recovering from a battle.
- Kaiten Doa (Revolving Door): This attack allows Blueno to open up a revolving door in the opponent's face, causing that part of his/her face to rotate uncontrollably. By doing so, it gives Blueno a chance to to attack while the opponent is distracted.

Kalifa appears first during Water 7 arc as Iceburg's secretary. She does not allow people to make bad remarks about Iceburg, but when they do, they would get a kick from Kalifa (as seen when Luffy made a rude insult towards Iceburg). Kalifa considers men's actions and speeches to be sexual harrassment (for Spandam, his existence is a sexual harrassment to Kalifa XD).
When she reveals herself as a CP9 member, she uses a thorn whip as her weapon. During Enies Lobby arc, her douriki was calculated to be 630. Although she is the weakest member of CP9, Spandam offered her one of the two devil fruits and her power had increased even more than before.
Although Sanji was supposed to fight Kalifa (as seen in One Piece Opening 6), he was defeated in the manga only because Sanji was afraid to inflict harm on a woman. As a result, Kalifa turned Sanji into a slippery mannequin by using her devil fruit powers of the Bubble Bubble fruit. After that, Kalifa fought against Nami, but was defeated by Nami's "Thunder Lance Tempo".
Kalifa has eaten the Awa Awa no Mi (Bubble Bubble fruit) and she is able to become a soap-woman. Her foam not only cleans off dirt, but she can also "cleanse" her opponents' power by draining their energy, which leaves them clean and shiny.
Attack List:
Ibara Road (Thorn Road): Kalifa uses her whip and strikes her enemies in many directions.
Bubble Master: Soap Sheep: Kalifa can use this ability to become a sheep made out of bubbles by surrounding herself with them.
Hitsuji Gumo Relax Awaa (Sheep-Cloud Relax Hour (Bubble)): One of Kalifa's ability is to shoots bubbles, which are previously collected using soap sheep, at her opponents. This causes them to be drained of their power. The word "Awaa" is used as a pun with the kanji for awa (bubble), but is pronounced awaa (hour).
Hitsuji Gumo Tidal Wave (Sheep-Cloud Tidal Wave): Similar to Kalifa's "Sheep-Cloud Relax Hour," she collects bubbles from her "Soap Sheep" and directs them at her opponents, but as a tidal wave this time.
Golden Awaa (Golden Hour): One of Kalifa's devil fruit powers is activated through contact with the opponent. The opponent is then sealed in a bubble that makes it difficult for him/her to move.

I've already thought of that This thread is dedicated to the what I like to call end of the arc villains so the likes of Croc and Enel get top attention.
Ive got another thread on saved on me comp on word titled minor villains which had about 3 character's done so far thats for the likes of Bon Clay , MR 1 , The 4 priests. Jango ectect
So its a shit load of work but soemthing I hope to have compeleted in a week of so.
If this can bring a few more peeps to the world of One Piece thats all I ask :)

Since I'm caught up with the current goings on with the anime now I will add the likes of Foxey and CP9 too although thats a fair bit down the road. Plus a mod would have to move the reqired posts up to the top as I ran out of space :P
As I know have plans for a new monster thread to be posted in the coming weeks or so. My biggest thread to date :)

I actually finished Bellamy (miracle) but deleated the file :P its all backupped though just a case of finding the disk so should be up in a few days.
After that is done just the big one (Enel) to complete and then its all over to Captain Pip and to anyone else willing to lend a hand to finish this mini project off

Kumadori, one of the last few members revealed in the anime, is ranked 810 douriki. He is easily recognized by his enormous amount of pink hair and his right eye that never seems to be opened. Kumadori seems to honor the Samurai code when he commits seppuku (by stabbing his stomach with a dagger) after dishonoring himself in his comical scenes. Everytime he does this act, he uses tekkai to prevent himself from dying and could never kill himself.
Kumadori is recognized as a very loud character and talks in sentences that end with exclamation marks sometimes. He also speaks out "YOYOI!!" often and talks in a manner of a kabuki actor. His name probably originated from the Japanese word kumadori, which is a type of makeup used for a kabuki actor, since his appearance seems very similar to a kabuki actor wearing makeup.
Kumadori's abilities involves his hair by using it to grab his opponents and attack them. He also uses a staff when in battle. During the Enies Lobby arc, Kumadori originally was fighting with Nami, who was at a severe disadvantage. However, Chopper interfered to help Nami to escape after she was able to steal Kumadori's key. Although Chopper was also at a disadvantage, he ate a third Rumble Ball and gained his "Monster Point" form to defeat Kumadori.
Attack List
Haru Gin Jou ("Emotional Song of the Spring"): This is one of Kumadori's attacks using his staff.
Yuna Gin Jou ("Emotional Song of the Willows"): Kumadori uses his staff for this attack in combination with his hair-bind to immobilize his enemy and set him/her up to be impaled by his staff.
Shishi Kababu ("Lion Birch-Turnip"): This is also one of Kumadori's staff attacks, in which he sets the two ends of his staff on fire and increases the damage of his strikes.
Sei Mei Ki Kan ("Life-Feedback"): This is not an attack, but rather the technique Kumadori uses to control all of his body. In combat, he uses this to control his hair; when he doesn't fight, he can do other useful things with it. For example, he used sei mei ki kan to make himself skinny after eating all of the food in the giant refrigerator he was stuck in and then used it again to return himself to normal size. This technique also allows Kumadori to use shishi shigan.
Kami Shibari ("Hair Bind"): This is one of the attacks Kumadori uses with sei mei ki kan. He can use his hair to trap his opponent by wrapping them up. He uses "hair bind" often before launching his other attacks to make sure his opponent doesn't avoid him.

Fukurou is ranked as 800 douriki who is slightly weaker than Kumadori. This CP9 character appears to be a round-shaped man with a zipper across his mouth, which he only unzips it if he has something urgent to say. Fukurou has a strange habit of saying "Chapapa" after almost every sentence. His special te-awase (contest) ability allows him to measure the douriki or power level of the other CP9 members (Nero's douriki level is the only unknown one). As mentioned, he is the one that ranks the CP9 members.
He claims to be the master of the Soru technique since he is the first to have variations of Soru. Fukurou moves so fast, he is unable to be seen. He mentions that he is like an owl who stalks his prey and cannot be heard or seen until he destroys his prey. In a weird way, Fukurou's name derives from the japanese word, fukurou, meaning owl which he had called himself one. Also, his name could be influenced by another japanese word, fukuro, which means bag/sack since the combination of his zipper on his mouth with his round body makes him appear to be a bag...
During the Enies Lobby arc, Franky faces Fukurou resulting in an exciting and fierce battle. In the end, Franky defeated Fukurou with his Coup De Vent attack.
Attack List
Soru "Tekkai Dama" ("tekkai ball") - Fukurou uses this attack by spinning his body at a fast rate towards his opponent using soru. Then he uses tekkai to harden his spherical body and smash his opponent with great force. Fukurou also uses this move with Geppou (moon step) to finish his oppnent in mid-air. This can be seen in Franky vs. Fukurou when Fukurou tried to smash Franky into the Tower of Justice in mid-air.

Jyabura is ranked as 3rd strongest in the CP9 and has a douriki level of 2180. He seems to think that he is a rival to Lucci, but Lucci does not think Jyabura is a worthy rival to him. Jyabura is also very competitive and short-tempered. Before Lucci's group had left Enies Lobby, Lucci was supposedly around Jyabura's level and Kaku was weaker than him. After Lucci and the others returned with Nico Robin and Franky, Fukurou measured each of the CP9 member's strength. As a result, Lucci had become much stronger than Jyabura and Kaku was also slightly stronger than him too.
Jyabura ate the Inu Inu no Mi fruit, which is the dog fruit and the model is a wolf. He can become a human-wolf that resembles a werewolf in a way. Jyabura had suggested during the Enies Lobby arc that he and CP9 should quickly take down Luffy. This behavior is most likely due to his devil fruit since he acts like a wolf with the competitiveness in him. For some reason, he keeps animals that act strange like a chicken that can chirp...
Jyabura's fighting style consists of moving around while using the technique, tekkai. He claims to be the only CP9 member that can do this. Although in the Enies Lobby arc Sogeking was supposed to be Jyabura's opponent, Sanji interferes their fight and switches with Sogeking to become Jyabura's opponent instead. The battle between the two was very close, but In the end, Sanji was able to defeat Jyabura with his new move called Diable Jambe.
Jyabura's Attacks (Tekkai Kenpo)
Tekkai Kenpou: Jyabura's fighting style is based entirely around his ability to move while using tekkai. Tekkai kenpo consists of at least two forms and many different attacks.
Tekkai Kenpou "Ookami Hajiki" (Tekkai Kenpou "Wolf Bullet"): Jyabura punches his opponent, but with his hands hardened by using tekkai.
Tekkai Kenpou "Rouga no Kamae" (Tekkai Kenpou "Wolf-Fang Stance"): Also known as Rouga, this is one of Jyabura's forms of tekkai kenpo. Rouga is used as a pun in japanese and sometimes Jyabura ends his sentences with darou (meaning "probably"). However, the ending "ga" would be added onto the end of a sentence to make it seem more direct. This is the way Jyabura normally speaks, so he simply replaces where he would normally say "darou ga" with "da rouga."
Tekkai Kenpou "Rouba no Kamae" (Tekkai Kenpou "Wolf-Banana Stance"): This is one form of tekkai kenpo in which Jyabura combines tekkai with soru in order to move at high speeds.
Tekkai Kenpou "Roukaru Area Network" (Tekkai Kenpou "Wolf-Hunt Area Network"): While moving at high speed, Jyabura slashes at his opponent with both hands. This attack makes him look like as if he was attacking with many hands. The name of the attack is a Japanese homonym of local area network.
Tekkai Kenpou "Don Pou Rou" (Tekkai Kenpou "Important Wolf Step"): This is just a punch to the opponent's stomach.
Tekkai Kenpou "Maten Rou" (Tekkai Kenpou "Devil-Heaven Wolf"): Jyabura flips onto his hands and then kicks his opponent up into the air. This attack is a japanese homonym for "matenrou" meaning skyscraper.
Jyabura's Attacks (Human-Wolf form)
Rankyaku "Korou" (Rankyaku "lonely wolf"): In this attack, the rankyaku-cut skips across the ground, bouncing in curves towards the opponent.
Rankyaku "Lupus Four" (Rankyaku "four wolves"): In this attack, Jyabura releases four rankyaku cuts, which are in the shape of a wolf, straight at the opponent. However, these rankyaku seem to explode rather than cut. Jyabura has perfected this technique to use it correspondingly with geppou.
Jusshigan (ten shigan): Jyabura uses both of his hands to perform shigan with all ten clawed fingers at once, which is very fatal to the opponent.
Gekkou Jusshigan (moon light ten shigan): This is a combination of jusshigan and geppou. After Jyabura uses geppou to launch himself into the air to avoid his opponent, he then uses geppou to send himself towards his opponent in a vertical drop. This attack makes it harder for the opponent to avoid it and also more damaging to him/her if the opponent was to get hit by it.
You wouldn't have to do villains, you could do other characters. XD

Finally, I finished Jyabura's profile..(his attack list was so loooonnnng XD) And now for...

Kaku, the second strongest of the CP9, first appears as one of the Galley-la Company's workers during the Water 7 arc. His douriki level is 2200, which is slightly higher than Jyabura's. One of the most unforgettable things about Kaku is that he has a rectangular nose, which his name refers to (meaning angle in japanese). During the Water 7 arc, he was shown to be capable of running at high speed and jumping across buildings in great distances. Of course, he was also the one that made the inspection about the Straw Hat's Going Merry not being irreparable. Kaku is the best in swordsmanship of all the CP9 members as seen during Zoro vs. Kaku in Water 7 and in Enies Lobby.
When Kaku reveals his true identity during Water 7 arc, he is seen as a cold-blooded person despite the way he portrayed himself as a happy character. During the Enies Lobby arc, Kaku ate the Ushi Ushi no Mi (Cow Cow Fruit, Model: Giraffe), which was given to him by Spandam. Although he didn't expect the way his devil fruit ability came out, he put it into good use with his transformation as a half-giraffe form by using the limbs to create powerful rankyaku attacks. As a result, he sliced the Tower of Justice in half when he was being laughed at by Zoro, Usopp, and Jyabura.
Kaku had fought Zoro head to head and was defeated in the end. After his defeat, Kaku had given Zoro his key to save Robin. His action had shown that he wasn't as cold-hearted as he seemed to be. Kaku is also known for talking like an old man though he said that he was 23 years old and he is the user of Yontou-Ryuu (Four Swords Style) in which his two swords are in his hands and his legs uses rankyaku.
Kaku's Attack List (Human Form)
Rankyaku "Sen" (Rankyaku "line") - This attack is used by Kaku, which cuts the air in a straight line towards the opponent, instead of in a curve, as witnessed in the normal version.
Rankyaku "Hakurai" (Rankyaku "white thunder") - In this attack, it sends a storm leg, but covers a wide area making it a much more powerful form of Rankyaku.
Rankyaku "Ran" (Rankyaku "chaos") - After using Geppou to launch himself into the air, Kaku cuts the air multiple times with swift kicks using both legs. Each cut is smaller than a normal Rankyaku.
Rankyaku "Shuriken" - Kaku fires multiple Rankyaku blades in the shape of shuriken.
Kaku's Attacks (Half-Giraffe Form)
Rankyaku "Amane Dachi" (Rankyaku "circumference sectioning") - Kaku can only use this attack in his half-giraffe form. In this attack he spins around quickly in a circle while performing Rankyaku. Then it sends a 360 degree rankyaku, which was powerful enough to cut through the outer walls of the Tower of Justice in all directions. Kaku says that this is his most powerful Rankyaku.
Rankyaku "Kiri Shigure" (Rankyaku "giraffe autumn rain") - After turning himself into a cube with Tekkai "mushikaku", Kaku uses Rankyaku towards the ceiling with all four of his limbs. There, the mass of small Rankyaku cuts bounce back, falling like rain on the enemy.
Rankyaku "Neji Hakujin" (Rankyaku "white screw blade") - First, Kaku does a normal Rankyaku after using his kyoku bigan and then twists his neck into a screw so the Rankyaku spins likes a drill.
Rankyaku "Roudan" (Rankyaku "dragon tooth") - While in his half-giraffe form, Kaku creates an upward Rankyaku with both of his back legs, creating a large cut that appears to look like a dragon's tooth.
Bigan (Nose Gun) - In this attack, Kaku uses his nose instead of his finger to perform shigan (Finger Gun). Bigan creates a much larger hole into the opponent since the size of Kaku's nose is bigger than his finger and also the shape appears to be completely square.
Kyoku Bigan "Kilimanjaro" (Extreme Bigan "giraffe-man fire oar") - This attack can be referred to Mount Kilimanjaro, the mountain of the attack's name. After using Kiriman Houdai, he can fire his neck out like a cannon, which makes his Bigan stronger.
Tekkai "Mushikaku" (Tekkai "no weak spots") - While in his half-giraffe form, Kaku bends his neck and legs to shift himself into a cube. When Tekkai is used in this form, he eliminates the weakpoints of his body, particularly his neck, and ensures that not a single spot is vulnerable to so he could use Kiri Shigure (Giraffe Autumn Rain).

Rob Lucci is first seen as one of the five foremen of Galley-La's company in the anime. At first, Lucci appears to be a ventriloquist and has his pigeon, Hattori, to do his speaking. As the anime progresses in the Water 7 arc, Lucci reveals himself as the leader of the CP9 (Cipher Pol 9). At the Galley-La's mansion, Lucci and 3 other CP9 members wanted to capture Robin back to Enies Lobby and also to retrieve the secret documents pertaining to the creation of "Pluto."
Lucci's douriki level is 4000. He is the strongest ranked in the CP9 force. He had eaten the Neko Neko no Mi (Cat Cat Fruit, Model: Leopard), which allows him to transform into a huge leopard-human hybrid and a full leopard. BY combining his rokushiki skills along with his devil fruit, he easily becomes a formidable foe. Lucci can be seen as a cold-hearted person and displays very few emotions. He has shown absolute mastery in Rokushiki by using many of its skills very easily. Sometimes Lucci can perform an attack with two or more techniques together in order to inflict greater damage.
In the anime/manga, it appears that Lucci had a dark past, which was revealed by a Vice Admiral during the Enies Lobby arc. When Lucci was 13 years old, he had already learned the Rokushiki and was sent by the World Government to assassinate a certain pirate crew. During that time, a pirate crew had captured 500 soldiers and a king from a kingdom and the pirate crew’s captain had demanded to be the new king instead. Of course, Lucci had mercilessly killed those 500 troops in order to get to the captain and killed him as well. He had done this because he believed being weak is a crime and that the soldiers were to be rid of for that reason. Afterwards, he was known as the World Government’s most top assassin and became a CP9 member too.
Lucci seems to be bloodlusted, in which he enjoys working for the World Government so he would be allowed to eliminate people. He is also a brutal person to his foes and even to his allies. During Water 7 arc, Lucci had attacked Paulie, his own shipmate that worked with him for several years. Afterwards, Luffy fought with Lucci in the Galley-La mansion, but Luffy was no match for him and was defeated by Lucci. He also eliminated Nero, one of the CP9 agents, on the Sea Train because he believed he wasn’t worthy of being a CP9 member if Nero had not mastered all the Rokushiki skills.
In Enies Lobby arc, Lucci fights Luffy in a second round, but this time Luffy is prepared for his second battle. It was a long and insane fight between the two though Luffy was able to overcome Lucci with his newest ability, Gear Third. Although Lucci was temporarily defeated by Luffy’s new technique, he reveals his hidden Rokushiki skill, Rokuougan. This devastating technique, which can only be used by someone who mastered the six Rokushiki skills, was able to injure Luffy’s internal organs regardless of his rubber body. Still in the end, Luffy used his remaining bits of strength and defeated Lucci.
Lucci’s attacks (Half-Leopard form)
Kamisori (Razor) – Lucci combines Geppou and Soru, which allows him to move extremely fast in a zigzag pattern.
Kami-e Bushin (Paper Drawing fighting form) – This allows Lucci to use Kami-e efficiently by making his half-leopard form thinner and lighter. As a result, he is more agile and can avoid attacks easily.
Rankyaku "Hyoubi" (Rankyaku “Leopard-Tail”) – Lucci creates a huge rankyaku by swirling it and traps his opponent in it.
Rankyaku "Gaichou" (Rankyaku “Victorious-Bird”) – While in leopard form, Lucci creates a wide rankyaku in a shape of a bird that can slice objects easily such as steel and stone.
Shigan "Ouren" (Shigan “Yellow Lotus”) – Lucci uses shigan, but does it quicker than the original version creating more “finger bullets.”
Tobu Shigan "Bachi" (Shigan “Plectrum”) – This creates shigan in forms of air bullets, which can be fired from the fingers.
Shigan "Madara" (Shigan “Spots”) – This attack is similar to Shigan “Ouren” but is done with both hands while in half-leopard form.
Tekkai "Utsugi" (Tekkai “Empty Tree”) – Although tekkai is used to nullify an opponent’s attacks, Lucci uses this to send back the same force of an attack directed at him. In other words, the opponent hits himself back with his own attack which can be devastating (in Luffy’s case, his “Gomu Gomu no Rifle” attack was repelled and would’ve been hurt by the impact if it wasn’t for his rubber body).
Rokushiki Ougi: Rokuougan (Rokushiki ultimate attack: Six King Gun) – This is the ultimate technique, which can only be used by someone that mastered all the Rokushiki skills. Similar to the Impact Dial, the user holds up both fists closely to his opponent and can damage a person’s internal organs. Unlike the Impact Dial, the user does not receive any pain from using this attack.
Sai Dai Rin: Rokuougan (Largest ring: Six King Gun) – Similar to Rokuougan, Lucci uses this attack with a larger radius and can even send a shockwave impact behind the opponent.

History
Bellamy was on the Island of Jaya prior to the strawhats vist. We learn that had a conflict with another pirate named "Roshio the Executioner" over a game of poker.
Having lost in poker Bellamy took exception to acussed Roshio of cheating and knocked him from a top floor window (anime) the manga went into more gory details. With Roshio defeated his crew attemtpedto carry him away but Bellamy was'nt done yet and proceeded to kill him.
Bellamy and the strawhats
Luffy , Zoro and Nami were sent into town to look for answers about the mysterious sky island. They entered a bar where Bellamy's crew were upon the very mention of sky island they are mocked bye Bellemy's crew who sate things such as sjy island are simply dreams and nonsence.
Although Luffy is angered bye the comments he decides that fighting over it would be pointless (an act he learn earlier from shanks) and both he and Zoro refused to fight back and were promtely beaten bye Bellamy and co.
Bellamy's crew later end up stopping at Montblanc Cricket house (who the starwhats met earlier) they discover his gold collection which is also the only proof that sky island exsists. After a small battle in which Bellamy over powers them they then decide to steal the gold. Luffy upon returning finds out about the inccident and despite Montblanc Cricket's protests runs back to the bar where he met Bellamy for the first time.
Back at the bar the crew are celebrating there gold haul when another pirate rushes in with the wanted papers of both Luffy and Zoro. These posters reveal that they are both higher than Bellamy's bounty this manages to scare Bellamys crew untill Bellamy laughs it off claiming they forged the posters to up there reputation. Luffy's voice is suddenely heard yelling for Bellamy. Bellamy exists the bar with his trademark grin and challeneges Luffy to a duel.
After a small exchange with Bellamy attacking , still Luffy refuses to attack back. Bellamy decides to end it with his "Spring hopper" attack the same technique he used against Roshio. After once more mocking Luffy and Montblanc Cricket and saying that he doubts Luffy can even throw a punch he launches his final attack.
Luffy stands in waiting and lifts his fist and plants Bellamy in the face taking him out in one blow and leaving a hugh fist imprint on Bellamys face. Also dishing out the biggest owning in anime history :P This scare the rest of the crew into running away after returning the gold.

At the end of the skypiea arc we learn more of Bellamy. We learn that hes a part of Donquixote Doflamingo (a Shichibukai) crew. Upon hearing of Bellamys defeat Doflamingoreturns to Jaya to kick Bellamy from the crew. He uses his DF ability to control people and forces Sarquiss to attack Bellamy for his disgrace.
There is a lot of specuation on if Sarquiss killed Bellamy or severly injured him as just far nothing has been mention about Bellamy.

Personality
Enel can be described as one arrogant bastard the guy even thinks he's a god and he will strike down anybody who thinks other wise. He thinks himself immortal and will do as he pleases when he pleases.
You could also describe him as cocky esp when in battle he loves nothing better than to taunght his opponent before striking them down. He aloud one such opponent a free attack to which he was cut in half but due to his Logia abilities he quickly reformed and finished him quickly and brutally. He has no regard for any life other than his own he was willing to destroy the entire population of skypia for his own personal gain and showed no remorse.
Given his attitude he soon changed his tune when he realized that Luffy could beat him as he could'not effect him with his electrical attacks and even showed fear.
Although slightly insane and a guy with a god complex Enel has vast knowledge of mechanics as shown with his Maxim arc to which he developed and has knowledge of dails.
So the bee all and end all hes a cocky arrogant bastard. Quality character from my perspective :D
History
We learn that 6 years before the skypia arc Enel destroyed his home island to demonstrate his own power. He and a few others (his priests) then ventured to skypia and took over bye removing the old leader Gan Fall. He took Gan Fall's enforcers and made them to serve him as he assumed the role of God of Skypia. Although Skypia looks the peaceful place if anyone was caught to mutter anything against Enel he would think nothing off getting rid of them via God's judgment.

Abilities
Allows Enel to have complete mastery over electricity.
He can manipulate the voltage of electricity and also become pure electricity making him immune to most types of attacks.
He has also shown th ability to restart his heart after an apparent death
Enel also possesses Mantra which he uses to predict his opponents next move, Sort of like precog
He uses his power to form massive bolts of lighting to attack and can attack from hugh distances (gods judgment)
Interaction with the strawhats
Enel was already putting a plan in motion before the strawhats arrival to cause a civil type of war between the Skypians and the native tribal group called the Shandora. He called this the survival war to which the strawhats were added and he was using this to see who was worthy to acompany him to Fairy Vearth (The Moon , crazy bastard)
Enel made a prediction at the start of the battle stating that there could be 5 survivors including himself to which he was almost correct. He however overlooked Luffy which was understandable and Luffy was in a big bloody snake at the time.

After telling the 5 of his plans to destroy skypia and piss off to the moon he asked each of them to acompany him to which they all refused and joined forces to take down Enel. After a brief tussle Enel took down each of them even after Wiper had killed him using seastone to cancel out Enels power and then a reject dial a vastaly powerful weapon.. Enel simply restarted his heart and them beat him down.
Nami lied to Enel to save her life stating she would go with him to which a short while later Luffy had gotten out of his snake troubles and after finding his nakama beat down was fairly pissed off and ran off to face Enel.
Enel was his usual cocky self and hit Luffy with El thor a hugh lighting based attack. How ever as Luffy is made on One Piece rubber it was ineffective leaving Enel to make the biggest WTF face in anime history. Luffy proceeded to kick the shit out of Enel. Once Enel had regained his composure he used his mantra to avoid Luffy and they appeared to be even in battle. Enel then proceeds to melt down a Gold ball weighing several tons and grating it to Luffys arm and knocking his off his ship sending Luffy plumeting to a downward spiral.
With Luffy out of the way Enel resumes with destroying Skypia and uses an attack called Raigo a hugh thunder cloud which takes out an entire island. His then prepares an even bigger Raigo and plans to take out all of Skypia however Luffy with the help of his Nakama manages to catch up to Enel bye climbing Gaint Jack a hugh beanstalk and jumps directely into the Raigo and uses a multitude of attacks to distrupt the Raigo causing it to explode high in the sky.
Enel is enraged bye Luffy and goes all out transforming into a thunder god and hitting Luffy with his biggest attacks to which Luffy can still resist. Leuffy uses the massive golden ball on his arm to his advantage and useing the attack Ougon Rifle with the added weight of the ball the attack is too fast for Enel to dodge and he is smashed full force in a gaint golden bell. Thus being defeated and ending the war.
Current afairs
Enel somehow escaped his defeat of Luffy and finally set off for the Moon in a mini arc where he messes about with some space pirates in a wierd adventure. He ends up being the ruler of a underground city which he names Fairy Vearth and has some very loyal follower's. Hell the dude seems happy enough
Trivia
Like most One Piece villains Enel is given a unique laugh
Oda stated that if he were a pirate he would have a bounty of 500,000,000 Beli
Enel ended up succeeding in his ultimate goal despite his defeat
He was seen in space so apparentely he doesnt need to breathe

Really good bios so far, both informitive and interesting. One thing I would like to point out is in the Arlong profile. You call Arlong a Merman, but he's actually a Fishman. There is an actual difference physically and mentally. Fishmen are humans with characteristics of fish(i.e. Hachi is a man with octopus arms and suckers) while mermen/women have human torso's and fish legs, but gain human legs once they are 30 years old. A merperson with human legs looks just like a human, while fishmen always look like fishmen.
Additionally, fishmen are far more arrogent, believeing they are lords of the sea, while mermen are generally friendly with sea creatures.
