Naruto 311 LQ Scanlation by Axass [using Yoshitsune's translation]

Since nobody here has posted speed-scanlations for the last chapter and nothing's out for this one yet, I went ahead and did this LQ scanlation. Used Yoshitsune's translation and Fnuckale's MQ RAW.
