i dont know why they didnt move it to a place where we can keep the post count amount
no they first have to move it to off topic -> close it -> than to the landfill
instead of here -> landfill

Because convo's shouldn't be counting posts, duh? If your convo should be allowed to count post then all others should. & No, Recycling Heap lets the post count stay, landfill kills the post count.
