the anime is more or less 35 chapter difference as of episode 264..

the filler arcs is Apis arc, the middle of Alabasta (not sure where exactly), the 10 episodes rigth after alabasta(Filler Arc), G-8 arc, Ocean's Dream arc.. and some of the foxy's arc..

the arabasta fillers were in the desert when crossing with Ace. in the manga Ace leaves before they cross the desert, after delivering the paper and challenge to meet at the 'pirate's summit'.

It varies a lot. Sometimes they release about 1 or 2 a month, and sometimes they release around every 4 - 5 days. Right now they are going relatively fast. I think 190 - 194 were released about 3 - 5 days apart. They'll probably keep up this pace for a while, unless there's some major problem.

uranus... this is just the japanese naming convention. last name comes first. if you watch other anime it's the same thing (ex. naruto --> uzumaki naruto, ichigo (from bleach)--> kurosaki ichigo). surname followed by given name.

I don't really see how it would spoil it considering you're getting the same story out of it. Besides it's always really awesome watching something you've read get animated, it's practically the opposite of spoiling it.

I don't think reading the manga will ruin anything....I mean, unless you don't like reading =P. But seriously, the manga has some great qualities that the anime doesn't have and the anime has some great qualities that the manga doesn't have. Either way, the series is still kikass imo.

If a Human being were to eat the Hito Hito No Mi,the human would merley become enlightened and not be able to transform like an animal would if it had eaten the fruit. I don't think there's an episode for that, but you can look through the side chapters/side stories in the manga. The pictures usually tell what happens to the villains in One Piece as a side story.

Obviously you're missing something. You are clearly not too far in the manga or anime, since Zoro and Luffy's first fight is pretty early.

I thought in the Luffy vs Ichigo threads, people agreed that they tied.

And don't say that Luffy is one of the strongest anime characters. He's very very powerful, way too much for anyone in Naurto and alot of guys in Bleach, but there are tons of people stronger than him, even in One Piece there are guys stronger than him.

Its not overrated. I'm sure you couldn't find a way to make use of rubber powers to be that strong, but Luffy sure as hell can.

Well for someone who can just stretch he can also

Take insane amounts of damage (been stabbed multiple times through the chest)

Imune to being crushed

can punch through steel

Can throw monsters the size of Gamabunta about with ease

can push buildings apart

can move at speeds similer to Bankai Ichigo

Well, technically..Luffy is in gear 1 form already before Enies Lobby arc was introduced. He obtained Gear 2 by imitating one of CP9's ability, Soru, which allows a person to travel faster by kicking 10 times in the air. Gear 3...I'm not sure about that since I don't read the manga XD When you hear Luffy say "I want to try out my new attack" or something like that later in Water 7 arc, he's talking about the gears.

Don't worry...when you get to the introduction of Gear 2, you'll be pleased :pleased

I'm not sure if this would answer your question ^_^;; but in the anime (not sure about manga) Igaram or anyone else never mentioned how he survived the explosion caused by Nico Robin. It seems that Robin had intended for Igaram to survive so he would come back to Arabasta and help out the civil war there.

Where did Usopp get that new huge slingshot from because I can't find that episode. One more question you know when in the last opening before Rainbow Star they had Brand New World and Usopp lauches that fire attack did they show that yet in any episode.
