Garlic Junior could only win by sucking Juggernaut into the Dead Zone (and that's if Cytorrak is not allowed to rescue him).

Otherwise, it would be a tie.

Garlic will have to open the Dead Zone, at which point, Juggernaut can punch him into it, and run the opposite direction.
