I don't think any of the forms are quick enough to land anything on Spiderman. However, Spiderman would be hard-pressed to kill a few of those.

Just reading the descriptions, I say it's likely he will be Heatblast, I guess it depends on how hot that form can get, if hot enough he wouldn't need to hit Spiderman, just heat up next to him, and the heat would kill him.

That one that goes 300mph would put up a decent fight I suppose, but still get slaughtered.

Well after readin about Ben then spiderman takes this rather easy too

i think ben 10 because he can use wild mutt (if he is lucky) or little alian or he can use four arms

If Ben10 takes a form Spiderman can't just K.O. then he just needs to wait a couple minutes and Ben10 will revert back to child form (having to wait for his "watch" to recharge), at which point Spiderman punts Ben's head of his shoulders.
