Luffy wins. A-Ko was really strong, but she's not all that durable and only have physical attacks to fight Luffy with, which isn't going to much to him.

And she's not fast? You cover 15 city blocks in a matter of seconds and you say you're not fast... The fact that she hopscotched missiles should be enough to prove her speed... You don't HOPSCOTCH MISSILES!

Maybe she hasn't survived a direct explosion (which I wouldn't actually know. It's been a long time since I've seen PAK and I can only go by screenshots) but that doesn't make her any bit weak in the defensive department... especially when your skin isn't made to take even the trailer of an explosion. And I know she's done this a couple of times.

Not dodge, hopscotch. BIG DIFFERENCE. Dodging it is nice, but making missiles into your stairway into heaven (referring to sky) is even nicer.

Speaking of which, can you reference episode, post scans and/or both when Luffy dodged missiles. I'm not a strong follower of that series, but I don't recall missiles being available in that series. Especially if they're trying to stay accurate with the timeline they set.

She's never done it, from what I've seen in the movies.

He took out an entire army (which had about a thousand men equiped with guns) by himself, took several explosions and still got back up fighting (some even towards the face), was hit several times with a huge axe that explodes on impact (the weapon even broke on him), he fought and defeated several characters that had superspeed, and just plenty more insane feats he has done; all of this I can prove if need be (I don't need to lie).

But seriously, if you prove nothing else, prove how luffy's going to beat arband-removed Eiko.

What would be the purpose of a limiter if it only limits a small portion of your power. This would equate to, at the most, half of her powers limited (and this is being gracious. Why would Diana, knowing their own powers, just limit her daughter to half power). The shit she does with this limit is ridiculous... and you're telling me with it removed, she'd not be able to take him? Luffy is strong, agile and resourceful... I GIVE HIM THAT. Eiko hops on MANY missiles... meaning amounting to a large but indefinite number. So by that display, she trumps both Luffy AND Arlong at the SAME time.

Watch the Eiko versus OAV, or heck, go to A SITE that has Project A-ko's movies synopsis/summaries and READ THEM. It's essentially an easy task to accomplish. That is, if you can manage to see where you're going.
