After each battle your wounds are treated and you fight the next animal after 24 hours. The fights take place in the roman coliseum. How far would YOU get.

gorrila's human like anatomy makes him easy prey: let him come close enough to give you no doubt of missing, then nail it in the throat. but still, he gets off even one shot, and I am dead. boar could also be troublesome, as theor weak spots are under them, meaning they are well protected, and it is also not uncommon to hear of a boar taking like 7 arrows and still attacking

Well, with them being bloodlusted... And being honest, without overestimating myself as I'm sure many will.

As for weapons... I'd probably take the style 1 of the mace, to do some bludgeoning to the skulls. The sword may look nice, but I think it wouldn't be as useful on some of the larger animals. As for the crossbow... you said 30 arrows, and hitting the earlier enemies might be difficult due to speed and size. And 30 may not even be enough to take out the larger bloodlusted ones...

As for how far i'd get...
racoon - yes

wild warthhog - may be difficult but yes

Miniboss: Gorilla - possibly... but they're fast and strong... against a normal human it would be hard..

giraffe - doubtful.. I think it'd be hard to take down, and they're pretty fast, a hit with a kick would be devastating.

boss battle: elephant - with those weapons.. I don't think any of us could take down a bloodlusted elephant. If it's bloodlusted it'd be moving fairly fast, and probably too much for us to get on to attack the head.

Yeah, big animals with blood lust just makes them a bit easier to hit if they hit a wall. The alligator should be pretty easy if you're facing him as he's charging you.

You just have to hit him, back away and repeat until its down.

If I had to choose a weapon it would be the Wazikashi. Id say I could get the gorilla.

I'd probably get up to the elephant, the boar's armor wouldn't stand up too well to a well sharpened katana. The Gorilla would get its arms cut off, and then its head. Stabbing should kill most of the other animals..

As for the elephant, persistance would be key. Take a stab at the belly, run behind, stab, repeat. You might get lucky and drain the elephant before it stomps you to death, or rips your head off with its trunk..

Elephant would probably be the end for anyone though.

okay, one thing: all the melee weapons are USELESS here. most of these animals are far too strong for them, a gorrila could smack you and break you neck, you would not even get to swing your weapon, and the rihno and elephant are just impossible with any of these, their hide is just too much, and belive it or not, they are in no way slow.



warthogs pose a serious threat to even a skilled TEAM of hunters with swords and bows, one guy is gonna be no challange, and the gorrila is just ridicules, it is fast and can kill you with one hit.

Miniboss: Gorilla - I'm probably dead, as is anyone who doesn't have an automatic firearm(meaning everyone in this scenario). Gorillas have been known to take an entire magazine of Colt 1911 .45 pistol ammution and still kept fighting. I might get lucky and get a cut in on its neck before I'm ripped to shreds and my bones are smashed into powder. I'm known to be highly lucky in combat, however. For the sake of the game, I'll assume I got lucky and killed the gorilla.

a deer - People underestimate these creatures. I'll probably have to take a grievous wound to acquire an opening to kill this one.
a coyote - Coyotes aren't nearly as dangerous alone. If I make it this far, he's gone.
giraffe - I'm going for a limb until it can no longer stand on it...then decapitation.
alligator - I'm going to win...the question is what will I have to sacrifice to do it?
rhinoceros - End. No one beats the rhino with the weapons available save Jules Winnfield with Divine Intervention.

How about this. you get a machine gun with 5 clips but only on one animal.

... sorry, rhino skin is actually tough enough to stop bullets (extremely thick). even with a machine gun i doubt you could take it down, unless you had some kind of 50cal with full metal jacketed rounds. it would have to be high grain ammunition though, and even then it might not penetrate. instead of a machine gun i would prefer a barret 50. sniper rifle, as that is actually ment to take out light armored vehicles, and has the penetration to not only get through the rhino's skin, but actually get some metal into the thing's vitals. there is no way that anyone armed with any of these weapons could make it past the gorilla, let alone the rhino. even with a machine gun, the rhino would probably maul you to death.

in fact, i wouldn't even fight in this unless i had the HK GMG (that's grenade machine gun to the rest of you)

Blunt force trauma is the most sufficent here. With the mace you could get off a lucky swing and just drop the speed demon cats. With a mace you don't need accuracy, not so long as you have some power. Stunning the animals is your top priority. That is the only way you can win. A Gorrila can literally tear off your arms. If you were using the sword and missed the intial killing attack, your pretty much dead. This is not so with the mace.

In close quarter combat against animals a crossbow becomes quite useless. This is especially true against a fast or big enough animal. With a crossbow, you need to load it up. Your loading time could mean death agianst any feral animal. Not to mention a bear would rape the shit out of someone with some arrows. The sword also demands to much accuracy.
If you hit a big enough animal in anything but vital spots, with a sword, your dead.

The alligator is the first real challenge. I can't remember if it's the alligator or crocodile, but one of them has a head as tough as steel.(kinda) Also, the power of there jaws is crazy. Not to mention they;ve got good land speed. OMG, if the alligator is bloodlusted and swing and biting wildly, that would be a tough battle.

The rhinoceros is just a matter of getting onto it, and not getting broken to piece first. When you finally get on top of it, then it's all about bashing it's head in. That would be really really hard. Your grip would be shit. Actually, I think I'd die here after a tough battle.
