Light does not start knowing the names of the SOS Dan, and both know they're being hunted. Yuki cannot alter reality.

Haruhi is a goner from the get-go. She even named the Brigade after herself, not to mention she's (in)famous.

With Haruhi out of the picture, it gets complicated.

Nobody seems to know Kyon's real name.

Mikuru could just be a fake name, and nobody from the current timeline would know.

Also, Yuki seems more likely not to have a real name at all, but some kind of serial number which would be impossible for Kira to discover.

Still, I don't see them actually doing anything to Kira, just surviving.

Mikuru leaves since she has no mission anymore, same with Yuki
Itsuki (is that his name?) just transfers to another school

By the way, we still don't know what happens if Haruhi were to die =D I'm just sayin.

We don't really know what happens if Haruhi dies. I mean it's possible on her death that she'll just recreate the world without the Death Note or simply without Light, or the world may just simply collapse in on itself, killing both teams.
It's also possible the SOS dan in desperation convince Haruhi she is God and have her destoy the opponent/revive dead members.

The outcome of this battle lies soley on how Haruhi's powers are used.
Not at all= the SOS Dan lose.
With them = win or a draw occurs.
