depends on ironman generation and preptime. However given that the hulk can beat iron man, and lucchi is stronger and faster than the hulk. at least until the hulk gets a head of steam I would give this to lucchi.

Hulk would waste Iron Man in his regular armor, hence the invention of the Hulkbuster suit.

No, calm Hulk would not beat Iron Man. Hulkbuster was for enraged, the one over class 70.

iron man is cheap

Lucci has this in speed i would think and im not aware of what Iron man does to speedsters

Iron man has more power with his suit and im not certain if a shigan could get through


Lucchis Rokuougan might be able to get to iron man underneath the suit but idk

^^ It made him superhuman in his base form. Unfortunately, it's difficult to tell how much more powerful than a normal human. The original Extremis subject was actually stronger than the previous IM suit, which is saying something. However in one of the Civil War issues, Tony fights Captain America sans suit and doesn't curbstomp Cap like you would expect. Either Extremis Tony is not as powerful as the Original Extremis or he just jobbed to Cap like everybody does (either one is believeable).

Anyway, the greatest part about Extremis Tony is that he has telepathic control over any digital device. Of course, that doesn't have an effect in this battle.

Anyway, I did my research.

With Preptime: IM by cosmic curbstomp
Bloodlusted: IM by curbstomp. Lucci gets vaporized and never gets through IM's auto-defenses.
In Character: Not Sure. Lucci seems to always be bloodlusted and is fast. His highest level attack can bypass armor. IF it can bypass the base IM armor and IF it can one-shot-kill Extremis Tony, Lucci can win. But if he doesn't kill on the initial speedblitz, he's toast, even if Tony is wounded or incapacitated.

EDIT: LOL didn't realize that this thread had been rezzed by some noob.

Because it made him an asshole and/or hawt female Ultron instead.
